Just finished this. I'm lying on floor rn, drenched in sweat. But feels great. I became too excited in first 2 rounds so I didn't take any breaks. I didn't even walk & kept on running. By the time I came to 3rd round, I realised my mistake. I was like: I wish I took break. I wish I walked instead. 😭 Anyways I kept on going. I didn't run the whole time like before. I followed the video & completed the workout. Felt so good. Thank you. Loved this.

M in absolute love with the workout.. My breathing improved has improved a lot.. My friends compliment me that I have reduced.. I can see that too.. I have gained a few pounds and i need to loose tht before december... so howmuch can i loose with this just one video here.. and my diet is very good i don crave fr sweets bt my intake of salt is bad..and i don exercise much busy shedules bt nw have some time.. so will i loose with this one video?? Yes, I didn't have access to licensed music back then, and did what I could. You can mute it and use your own music. I think I have newer walk and run videos. I do! They're called 2 moves cardio, 3 moves cardio and 4 moves cardio. You can find them in my BurpeeGirl KISS Workouts playlist!
