    i love this workout!!! burned 341 calories @ 4276 steps . im so happy to subscribe to this channel, such a possitive inspirational lady. she's my every day coach from now on. finally found someone who's exercises performance is at my do able level which that'll help me to finish beginningto end ... yeah..!!👏 😊

    Just started can only do 20 min but last week I was only doing 13 minutes... I love it! Will be so happy to finish the whole video. I'm extremely out of shape but everyone starts somewhere!

      Why not start with steady state cardio? Maybe do my baby steps challenge and see your endurance grow!

    Thank you for a great video! You are my daily salvation in the lockdown with home office, home schooling and all that.
    But 30 minutes of LISS training and I'm relaxed again and my head is free for work and family again.

    Just finished this. I'm lying on floor rn, drenched in sweat. But feels great.
    I became too excited in first 2 rounds so I didn't take any breaks. I didn't even walk & kept on running. By the time I came to 3rd round, I realised my mistake.
    I was like: I wish I took break. I wish I walked instead. 😭
    Anyways I kept on going. I didn't run the whole time like before. I followed the video & completed the workout. Felt so good.

    M in absolute love with the workout.. My breathing improved has improved a lot.. My friends compliment me that I have reduced.. I can see that too.. And you will enjoy when you see you can do this without much Panting and your running pace will improve as well! Try it out everybody..
    Ps. I play LINDSEY Stirling instrumental... Love the combo..!!

    I too completed this workout without drinking water just had cinnamon water before doing this workout.. am sweating i didn on ac or fan lol.. my face is sweating

    Hi guys i have just seen this video... will do it today but howmuch can we loose?? I have gained a few pounds and i need to loose tht before december... so howmuch can i loose with this just one video here.. and my diet is very good i don crave fr sweets bt my intake of salt is bad..and i don exercise much busy shedules bt nw have some time.. so will i loose with this one video?? My problem areas are breast size... and a small tummy thts out..😐

      Yes, I didn't have access to licensed music back then, and did what I could. You can mute it and use your own music. I think I have newer walk and run videos. I do! They're called 2 moves cardio, 3 moves cardio and 4 moves cardio. You can find them in my BurpeeGirl KISS Workouts playlist!
