I did these 3 times last week, and now, it's my 2nd week, I can already finish it everyday... I really don't care if i lose weight because it's hard and I'm a PCOS patient, what i need is to strengthen my core and endurance... Thank you sir ... looking forward for the 45 min intense running ❤️❤️❤️ (coz, I still can't do the 1 hr and it doesn't make me feel right 😅)
First time doing it and I love it!!! My heart rate went up to 180! I burned (as per my watch) 305 calories with this 30 minute workout!!! 🎉🎊🥳 I’m doing it again tomorrow!!! Thank you soooo much!!!!!
Did this today with 2.50 KG dumbbells in each hand to give it a bit of extra intensity ... it worked! Although, I am mortified at how uncoordinated I am. I am very glad I did it at home with no one looking! Thank you, Brian. Really enjoyed it.
Fantastic I like the running in place when I want to push on my workout . Thanks Brian the smile during training is really encouraging when a bit of fatigue comes! The music is very nice !

Great workout! I feel energetic afterwards! I was wondering do you have a 30 minute or 20 minute power pack interval jogging session that consists of 30 second normal jog then a 30 second speed jog then go to a 60 second normal jog then a 60 second speed jog ascending 30 seconds to 60 seconds and descending 60 seconds to 30 seconds with a couple/few 30 seconds/60 seconds walks and incorporate some exercises from this video and end with a 90 seconds normal jog and 90 seconds speed jog before stretching.😊
Love it! I did this one on the rebounder trampoline, as I thought it might be fun AND I am a bit achy from overdoing it and thought the rebounder might help with that. Worked like a charm! I got my cardio in without making myself feel worse. Thanks!!!
Keep going everyone , as Brian explained in his discourse results may not forthcoming until later be patient Brian says and keep doing the right thing , it works for me as an over weight and severely arthritic, lost 7 pounds in 12 months. I was persistent / determined. Felt good 👍 checking the scale at the GP.

Hi..i like to run in place and this workout is fabulous. But I am worried that due to overall fat loss always my boob gets smaller when I lose weight before other fat body parts. Please tell me what can be done..though I m higher than my BMI I have hour glass shape..and I don't wish to lose it. Thank you keep going.
