I did this this morning before church along with another of the 30-minute running workouts . I love doing these alone or combining it with a gym workout or a walk outdoors. Followed by short strength training at home with kettle bells or hand weights Thank you for the convenience of being able to get a strong workout in at home for when life gets busy and there's not always time to drive to the gym.

@@nidhipriya6940 Apparently you have little experience in sports training. This workout is very compact and very effective, but it is very easy to do. A lot of workouts are harder and less effective

i am doing this workout till my birthday next month lets see if it works day 1 : most amazing feeling to complete day 2 : done..exhausted.. sweatinggg day 3 : almost didnt make it but still pushed through
