      @@BurpeeGirlLiss To be honest i wear a mi band 4 and i selected the walking option n it jus counted 152 calories after completing the whole workout then how come u say 380 calories burn??

    This is the perfect workout for losing fat. Especially when you live in a crowded city and no roads for running plus an introvert. This is life saver excercise.

    To anyone who’s reading this, I finished the workout for the first time! My biggest tip, and I know everyone says this, is you do you. Run at your own speed and stop for water/breathing breaks. I’m not gonna lie- I did pause during some breaks to do both because the ten seconds goes by too fast. I’m gonna come back to this video frequently.

    I’ve done it all..Gym membership’s, Aerobics, Weight Training, CrossFit & had personal Trainer’s. I’ve always been in great fitness shape. Then Covid hit and I haven’t worked out in 2yrs! I started doing this workout last week and I love it! I couldn’t do the whole 35 mins at first but I can now and I do it once a day & I feel great!

      Same I’m scared to take my dog on walks because people let their dogs off the leash and my dog is not a big fan of little dogs it makes it stressful. And I have seen two pit bulls loose as well . We had to scare them off which was terrifying glad my husband was with me Stay safe and God bless.

    I know I'm late... I've been using your videos and I've already gone from 168 to 141 in less than two months. 27 lbs altogether. I'm 4" 11' and 32 years old. I'm still overweight but I'm working out twice as much including weights.♥

    I love this workout and the walking/running workout you have. It is great on the days I do not have the time to go to the park or run outside. I am 5'3 127lbs and I burn around 250 calories for anybody wondering! I take the breaks and i adjust it to my energy level. I typically hate HIIT workouts but I loooooove yours!

    I did this today in place of my usual 5k run, couldn't face the weather outside! I really enjoyed this workout, I used the walking breaks to squeeze in a tad more cardio, 1st round air skipping, 2nd round boxing punches, 3rd round jumping Jack's, 4th round burpees! I will definitely do this workout again, thank you!!

    That s the one I'm looking for. As a beginner, I tried Leslie's walk, but one week later, I realized they were somewhat lighter. So I searched for more rhythmic training. This was my first day, but I completed it. Definitely a calory-burning run. Thank you so much.

    It's my first day working out. I've got a bad back and I injured my knee trying to run up three flights of stairs for a workout. I honestly didn't think I could finish the whole workout. It was tough, i experienced no pain, breathing is key, and I can't wait to come back to it tomorrow!!!❤❤❤🎉

      @@durganagam3800 just do it everyday, I think I did for 3-4 months but it depends on your weight, if you have more weight your going to burn more calories, cardio is the best exercise for weight loss like running!

    I have been doing my running workouts on and off through this method. It still works and is better than buying a treadmill which I had previously considered. There is no cost involved. When you think treadmills can easily break down and then it's having someone on hand to fix them, this is a much easier alternative.

    I dont do this to lose weight, it just became a great routine for me, after stretch and before strength train everyday, it just gets me more alarted. But still, i see great changes with this, my body is overall more toned after just 2 weeks doing everyday :D I cant get out of my home and run every morning because i am just 13, so i do indoor :)

    Good idea during days raining cats and dogs ! I combined running with other exercises during the rest time (jumping, boxing, kicking…). Keep the good work !

    Fab workout. I get easily bored so I ran every other time and put in other exercises every other time. Jumping jacks, various jumping squat types, skaters etc. Got my heart going and kept me entertained 🙌🥳

    A bit over halfway through my calves were cramping so it was really hard to keep running, but instead of stopping I kept the 10s off 30s on tempo with whatever other workout moves I could remember off the top of my head. Like bicycle crunhces, squats, bridges..etc. I had to skip a couple of them but I stayed for the whole 34 mins. Proud of myself 🎉💪🏻

    I Dont't know if you'll read this, but i wanna say thank soooooo much for this workout! It was my first time doing a indoor running and i finished completely sweaty and I overcame my limits in just 35min!

      Good luck! You can combine this with 5000 steps workouts, so you don't put as much strain on your joints!

    3 days now, 2 attempt completed and 1 attempt was 2 minutes short haha
    Im glad I convince myself start work out again. Even it is indoor, and it feels the same.
    I still eat chocolate and meat and a lil bit of rice, I don't want to rush it. It is important that I already started.

    Oooohi have just come across this. I had surgery last September and have just got the go ahead to exercise. I am currently doing zumba 30 mi s everyday. But I will start doing this on sat and Sun. I cannot wait. And as for the music. Love it! This will definitely motivate me. I have put on alot of weight but I am not weighing myself. I am just going by clothing. Wish me luck 🙏

      I have just completed just 1 round after doing 40 min zumba class. Oh my gosh the music just about kept me going. I am determined to do a little bit more tomorrow X

    Thank the goddesses that I've found this workout vid! Wanted to try some type of a different, challenging workout video until I came to this. Every time I run, loads of sweat came out and easier to take deep breaths. (happens when I exercise) Also got to decrease my whole body size real good this Summer before High School starts again this Fall. Thank you for this video, and you're a really beautiful woman. ^ ^

    We only have one treadmill in the accomodation. Most of the time someone is using it. This helps a lot so i can continue my exercise.

    Being a medical student, it is hard to go gym.. Found this.. I had a recent wt gain 63 kg, 172 cm.. So dicided to do this.
    Day 1 : ✅️completed.. 2 rounds sweating alot.. Completed 4 rounds.. Hard bt took some break in between...
    Ples like to remind me to do😄
    Day 2:✅️completed 3 rounds..sweated alot
    Day 3:✅️..weight became 62.5.i had combined other cardio n diet with this n skipping rope too..
    Day 4:✅️ bt was tired did 2 rounds only

      You can combine this with low impact cardio. That way you won't put as much strain on the body!
