This is the first workout that I completed in a very long time . I did it in front of the mirror wearing my running clothes and shoes and it felt amazing . I couldn’t track my steps but at the end of it I felt supremely happy :)

Thanks for that workout! I used 2-lb (padded) hand weights throughout. My Fitbit versa 3 says 5 km, 350 calories and 6200 steps. Love all your workouts…if there was a love button, I’d be hitting it instead of just the ‘like’. Happy New Year and thanks again for all you do on RUclips. 💪🏻 👏

Rainy day, dog and I do not feel for a walk. Just finished this work out and got 6.686 steps and 504 calories burned. Already saved on my workouts list! Thank you, Burpeegirl! ❤

Since may 1st I'm using your video almost daily and I've extended the intervals myself from time to time to such an extent that I'm now able to run in place for 49 minutes (not skipping the advertisements) without having to stop. Again, thank you a lot for your video and your efforts. ♥️
3.31 miles! I get runners itch and the only way I can combat it a bit is by spraying myself with cold water while I run. I can’t exactly do this at the gym so this exercise is amazing for me. I could almost cry from happiness. Thank you!

I thought a running work out for nearly 50 minutes would be more of a calorie burn. I burn more on 45 minutes Leslie Sansone workout videos. This one was fun still and worth while since it builds up a good sweat.

Tbh I see the day after that my inner thighs are slimmer, yesterday they were 47cm, now they are somewhere between 45-46cm (of course I did some pilates leg workout previously). Okay, today will be my second day running with this workout😊
I was almost there but I did 31 minutes of it. This was a fantastic workout it definitely kicked my butt 🥵 lol and on top of it. I had already done two other 30 minutes exercise videos of yours !! Thank you for your awesome work out videos!!! 🙂

It was! But also an extremely sweaty way to start. I swear I sweat more in 2022. I'm wondering if eating all that greasy food has anything to do with it... I filmed an extremely low intensity workout yesterday and my top became an absolute mess 🤔🥴
@@BurpeeGirlLiss That happens to me that occasionally! Hormones getting out of whack does it too. If you ate spicy food that raises your body temperature which causes sweating I couldn’t work out if I didn’t have a fan by me 🤣

Did this indoor only running. Could make it pretty good, decided to go outdoors.. 😅 that was something else.. I think I died... still made it to 4.8 k.. but really had to slow down some rounds. Will take it out more often.. till i can run the complete training

I use a Apple Watch I got 5k steps but the distance was about 3km 😀😀😀
