- Arcturus is a long firing weapon that you can get from the Bazaar very early in the game. It's has ATK +45 and It's a Machinist weapon. You may think this weapon isn't too powerfull, but the most of firing weapons are located in end-game areas. So, it's a good idea to get this weapon if you have a Machinist character in your initial party.
In order to get this weapon from the Baazar, you need to get the next items: 2 Wyvern Wing, 2 Yensa Fin and 1 Salamand Halcyon.

Easier way to get Wyvern Wing is from Auros. In the ozmone plain. I mean if you already killed the Wyvern Lord.

to get rare steal you must have the thief cuffs- but after the tomb of king raithwall in the zertinan cavernc
bit late but you don't /need/ thief's cuffs, it just increases it from 3% to 6%
Is Wyvern Wing possible to get in trial mode?
You can get Wyvern Wing from Aeronite in The Pharos area. Or you can get Arcturus in Cerobi Steppe and Lhusu Mines (chests).
