So glad all the manufacturers got together to agree on how much they should charge for their vehicles….just like OPEC
That winch sticking out of the front of the Tremor looks horrible. It should have been integrated into the bumper like it is on the heavy duty option.
It’s a total afterthought look. First I thought it was a front receiver hitch based portable winch that I have for my F150 and Jeep. 😃
I agree. It definitely looks horrible.
looks like a bad brace job on someone with an underbite.
Intercooler on EB 3.5 is in the way
I just bought the Silverado ZR2 Duramax 2 weeks ago and it’s awesome. I did not want wide body truck. I get 24 MPG
What does ZR2 or Z71 even mean? They just put random numbers and letters together and slap them on their vehicles? Is that what makes their headlights burn out?
@@workct4102 You mean like XLT, STX, XL, FX4😅,XLT Max? At least we know it doesn't matter which one you get they all come with the automatic spark plug ejection 😂
@@workct4102 die hard brand loyalists have got to be some of the lowest IQ people around.
@@cinder9950 because GM doesnt include randomness for their trim levels too? FX4 is Four By 4, STX is Sport Truck Extreme, Max is Maximum XLT is Extra Luxurious Truck, then they reduced the trim later to XL...dumdum....and Ford hasn't had spark plug issues in over a decade....nor have they had lifter issues in what, two decades? So now, what does the GM alphabet soup mean?
@workct4102 well, dum dum, everyone with half a brain knows that Z71, ZR2, ect are order codes for option packages that they have done since the Z28 and ZR1 days of the 60's. And I guess ford has moved on from spark plug ejaculation to cam phaser roulette 😅
I’m with Roman on the Tremor front end. Prior Gen was so nice, like a pro athlete in a suit.
Now it’s so Rolly Polly, indeed.
We don’t need black bumpers and black wheels on *everything*!
Lol… agreed.
The new front end sucks. I would still buy one, but it’s definitely a downgrade
Yeah, I'm with you on this. I'll wait for the 2026/7
@@zap2002I got the 23 … saw the 24 … sigh of relief.
I WOULD love a winch option though… wish I could’ve gotten a v8! And added supercharger
2024 ZR2 Duramax. Last tank 26.7 MPG and Love the Lockers. Keep up the great videos.
and you get the privelage of non-stop emission problems
So far no problems.
My Mother taught me, if you have nothing nice to say, keep your Mouth Shut. God Bless!
@@devinhawley2898gm junk lol don't forget more maintenance, def fluid and more expensive fuel 😂 now go cry to your momma ❄️
Baby Duramax, needs SCR delete once out of warranty and oil pump drive belt replacements @ 150K which require removal of the transmission and come with a $3k bill for a critical maintenance item.
I would say save the cash you save from that mileage but even that’s a wash since diesel is at least $1.50/gal more than 87.
I don’t see the case for the baby Duramax
@@justingill5256 another case of little man syndrome, you can’t afford the truck and maintenance so you want to bring those that can, down. Grow up man!
The exclusion of 4 auto is a deal breaker for most that live up north.
Yea the 4 auto on my tremor is wonderful in Idaho where we have winter
The winch looks like a wart on the front of the 150 tremor, the 250 and 350 with the integrated winch lo9ks great.
As long as it gets you out of a sticky situation, that’s really all that matters right?
Yeah in a accident the winch would be the 1st thing to go
The kind of crazy thing is that you can get a gas Silverado 2500 HD ZR2 for the same $74,000. I just did it. More capacity for a gas HD.
Has hecho una excelente compra 🎉🎉🎉
That’s the one I wanted to order but it wouldn’t fit in my garage. I think it looks wayyy better than the 1500
That's honestly a great value especially if you could get some kind of dealer discount.
I guess the one big difference would be the front locker which can't be had on the HD, but you could add a front locker for a couple of grand.
The ford is ok looking without the winch. Add it in there and it looks like it belongs on an episode of Dr. Pimple popper.
I like the way the ford looks over the Chevy. I’d do the AT4 over any of those personally.
Ford then ZR2 I like both.
Proud ZR2 owner here and I love it!
Just Doxxed you and don’t own a ZR2. Nice try.
Beautiful truck, congratulations!
@@DeepDishPizza are you saying I don’t own a ZR2?

Great comparison! Thank you! Have a Blessed Day!
I love the older f150s like 90s, but the tremors are kinda cool too
I know Andre is trying to throw the TRD Pro a bone when talking about the t-case, but it doesnˋt hold water. The Tundra is now sharing a platform with the 300 series Land Cruiser, which has a full-time case. If Toyota wanted to, they could have a full-time option in the Tundra using the LC300 t-case.
That’s a good point. Toyota should offer it as an option, I would of have paid for that.
The winch on the Ford trimmer should be hidden inside the bumper that looks ridiculous
Love the Ford, just wish that winch was mounted inside the bumper like the Super Duty.
That Tremor is awesome
Would love a new DMAX. My old one won't die.😂
Best Truck show on Earth!
Not really.
I like the new face on the Ford it has a masked avenger look
Looks cool. How long before the recalls and they start falling apart?
That TREMOR Decal though...😂
Roman's anti-Ford bias is becoming obvious
As long as there are people that are stupid enough to pay these prices the prices will keep going up.
No, the production costs and build materials are up so naturally it’s going to get passed on to the consumer. People are even paying more for some used models.
@@mikehughes8023 You're contradicting yourself you're saying the costs are up because of materials and production but you're saying used vehicles which don't acquire that are up. the only reason why they're up is because people are dumb enough to pay for it because they have money because the economy is so good.
@@4vinylsound used vehicle prices go up with demand. The demand is generated by the new vehicle prices going up. Business 101.
@@The4WBoys I'm not buying what you're selling dude common sense 101.
The lack of Auto 4WD on the Toyota puts it at the bottom for me. It's a simple feature that all the manufacturers have except Toyota.
I like the new font grill on the Tremor and the new tail gate design. Even if the tailgate does not fully swing open Roman it is still an improvement over the old one.
i dont know, just more problems, best tailgate is the one with the least amount of problems on a work truck. Ive heard from guys that absolutely hate the fancy tailgate on the GMCs because it gets filled with gravel/dirt/anything you put in the bed. The ford design looks slightly better maybe, but id prefer tried and true standard tailgate personally.
Why can’t these manufacturers offer us stripped down versions of these trucks. Trucks with all the off-road goodness and non of the unnecessary high end features
I wish they offered more ram warlocks with hemi, rattler 150 coyote, and custom trailboss with 6.2
Those are truck people can afford under 50k and are made to do so what trucks are made to do
Ford, Chevy, Tundra
Chevy ZR2 (2 lockers, amazing shocks/suspension).
F150 Tremor, WITH the Torsen front differential. Decent suspension, but if you can do it yourself, about $2500 more and you are riding on Fox 2.5s. I had that, it was awesome!! Sold it to try driving 1987 & older classic pick ups (mint) as my daily drivers & cruisers. No money going to dealerships at all. My boycott, even of my friends’s dealerships!!
Toyota TRD Pro. Great suspension, not much lift, and no limited slip or locker up front. A better riding FX4,,,,,.
The front end of the F150 has improved significantly!! The other front end was looking almost as old as the 4Runner front end!! 😂😂😂. Time for some change!
You get the EcoBoost for that massive torque curve & the performance!! The 5.0 is even slower than the 2.7 EcoBoost!!! It’s got a narrow torque curve, but sounds great. I want performance, vs sounding like it performs. 😂I.
I’ll take the Tremor with the Torsen front end and WITH Pro Power Onboard!!
I’m sold on the coyote.
535,000 miles on my 2012.
However I do not want so many features on the tailgate.
Mine is falling apart and I have abused it , I cannot imagine this tailgate taking what I did to mine.
I'll take ZR2 over a Tremor every time. But unfortunately, most trucks have customer ls priced out. Even with my trade of paid off truck, I'm still looking at $55-60k likely for a ZR2. Hell, just trying to spec a suitable replacement for my current truck would still be $35-40k on top of.
I use Auto 4wd frequently. What is Toyota thinking?
They are thinking longevity and less necessary service
How many times does Roman say Andre in each of the veedeos they do together? I think the Tacoma road trip veedeo was the most. 👍
Any word on the 2025 2500hd trail boss? Can't wait to see it!!!! Love your videos
I’m good with the old reliable vehicles.
I would like a diesel truck yet doing a build and price can't get a regular cab long bed with a diesel in the 1500
I live this tine of year
I think the front on the tremor is pretty sick.
I’m glad I got the 22 tremor
I really like the way the Ford looks. I just wish someone would come out with a truck with 4wd, optional lockers, and cruise control. That's it, no other fancy features. If they could do that and price it at what a truck should be: 25 - 35k, I would love to see that. Don't think it'll ever happen though
The ZR2 does have lockers, but yeah, I wish they would make a basic version of that truck.
Building your own truck for that should be pretty easy.
The ford looks DISGUSTING .
@@traciweisenbachCITB the previous year model of the F150 Tremor looks way better imop
I own a ‘22 Tundra and we tend to be fanboys. I have the TRD off-road and came from a ‘19 F150 FX4. The plastic chin and lack of front tow hooks is ridiculous on my Tundra. It also came with ballistic nylon (plastic) skid plates as a TRD Off-road. I had to buy the aluminum skid plate as an option that only comes on the Pro. I also had to buy an aftermarket front bumper to increase my angle of approach and get front tow hooks. Having done that, it is now a capable off-road machine. The Toyotas are slightly cheaper and hopefully will last a little longer than Chevy or Ford, but you will get a little worse MPG and have to aftermarket your machine to get a comparable off road truck. I will admit I like the Toyota better than my F150.
F150 looks amazing. That Tundra is also very nice! All 3 actually lol. I am a Ford guy and love my f150 with the 5.0, so the new Ford gets my vote, as long as it's the v8 😂
Love that Chevy
What happened to Diesel Gate Testing?
FaIr range for comparisons. sake. Would like to see the King Ranch Diesel Tremor. Ford fronts less Oval like that.
Roman could not be more wrong with his rant about the tailgate. For someone getting older with an injured lower back, that gate opening can make the difference between loading a full gas can without incident and a trip to the emergency room. All because getting closer to the bed floor when loading eliminates twisting and bending too far forward. I would buy the truck just because of that tailgate feature.
Just ordered a 2024 zr2 with the 6.2
The Tundra doesnt need a 4Auto function but certain trims should at least offer Full time 4x4 like the new GX550 / overseas LC300 has. Im surprised they dont
The ford “door ajar” alarm has to be one of the most annoying I’ve heard.
That's funny. I'm a Chevy guy but have always liked the Ford door chime!
I don’t notice mine much anymore, and if I do it’s because it’s telling me something I should be doing.
Hate that door chime super annoying
I like the Williams Racing sweater, not the prices of the trucks
What about the GMC Sierra? Thanks for pointing out the Toyota seats suck. Even the capstone with the "Lexsus seats. Well those look as bad as they feel. No idea what Toyota was thinking. My 2006 SR5 Sequoia has more comfortable seats than any of the Tundra's or new Sequoia's
1 Chevrolet ZR2
2 Ford Tremor
3
4
5
10 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro
It’s funny how the Tremor had come standard with the 3.5EB and now on top of paying more for the truck, you have to pay for what was a standard option.
That ford tailgate looks great! No more teaching over the tail gate! Cool!
theford kinda reminds me of the 10th gen f150
Ford chevy then toyota. I do like the baby duramax tho in the chevy. Have it in my wife's Tahoe and it's a good engine. Yotas tiny tires look ridiculous!
Winch isn't available on the Ford build site
Looking forward to a comparison that includes the 2025 RAM Rebel.
Точнее даже- RAM Rebel GT☝️
I'l take the Tremor.thak you
Sorta kinda directly compete!?
Why no bench seats???
The tremor looks like it took a step back. I'm hoping that's not the 402a spec. That front end looks like the lower trim versions
Yeah I don’t get that choice. The new headlights on upper trims doesn’t look bad imo
I like the Tremor with the Coyote engine. Not crazy about the winch.
Not saving on diesal mpg when it a $1 or more a gallon than regular 😕. Not saving my pocket..only the EPA standard likes me at that point
I’d say Ford , v8 , more of an understated design. But these prices are crazy
Is the 2024 Ford F-150 Tremor Available in the USA?
When you will ship this beautiful Pickup Truck to Saudi Arabia? I’m waiting until the 2024 Model be available in my Country 🇸🇦🇸🇦

Toyota suits my needs best
For me. The Chevy ZR2 with Duramax engine and multi tailgate. $72,090.
Why do you not mention the ford supercharger option for the coyote
because no real truck owners add the supercharger, only youtubers. for most people warranty and reliablity are more important than smoking tires 😂
@@Kaiser333333 it’s a fully warrantied factory option that’s like not mentioning the high output power stroke
@@keithmceuen8775 well i just looked, and it is 3yr/36,000 warranty on the powertrain after adding the super charger, i plan on driving my truck 100k miles so to me its not worth it but its good there is some warrranty i guess
I don’t know if the stock drivetrain is really up to the task. I’d be nervous to push it
Roman shows his lack of work experience using a truck. Dahhh....... the small opening is to allow better access to the bed of the truck when you have a trailer attached, like an RV.
I think the Tremor should definitely have a leveling kit on the front axle!
Who's with me?
The ford tailgate is ok. i cant say its great bc i havent used it but if you get a hitch step you can use the sides for handles. kind of ugly from the back but bettter than gm i think. smaller opening like a car door that gives you easy full access to bed. ram is the heaviest. well see who wins the tailgate wars but everything available now is better than the old flip down. toyota needs one too and of course 285/70s.

I keep hearing the zr2 is comparing to the tremor. I dont understand this. Both ford and chevy start with a 4x4 packabe, then stepping up to the z71 and fx4, next should be trailboss and tremor, and lastly zr2 and raptor. I feel that the trailboss and tremor were designed to compete. The zr2 just doesn't hit the same lavel of high speed off road capability of the raptor. But comparing the tremor to zr2 I dont think is a level playing field.
It almost got awkward at 11:44, lol 😆 😅
ZR2 is were it's at with the Duramax
The ZR2 has never competed with rhe Tremor.
The Trailboss competes with the Tremor .
I prefer the Ford, due to twin solid axles
Edit: oops thought it was 3/4 tons not halfs
ZR2 hands down
What sucks is that payload capacity on that Tundra. Sheesh. All that power but no trailer it can pull.
V6 turbo will that last?
No. They are junk unless you drive like you have an egg under your right foot.
It seems comical that somehow the presence of front tow hooks has become the deciding factor of off-road ability. When their specific use is to pull you out because you got stuck going somewhere you don't have the ability to.
Lots of people use trucks to get someplace they have to be.....trying is a part of your job or farm/ranch.
Getting thru is sometimes 50/50 at best.
Somewhere to hook up a tow is mighty handy "when" you need it.
Apparently you have never had the need.
Lots of people don't leave the street with their trucks.....they probably never will need tow hooks.
It is absolutely ridiculous that an TRD pro....or any off road vehicle not have tow hooks.
@@rodjboschlike you said, the majority of people don’t need them. For those who do need them, I’m sure they’ll find a way to install it or buy a vehicle that fits that specific need.
You've obviously misunderstood my statement. Let me clarify: I'm questioning the importance. I've been four-wheeling since the '80s and yes, I've used them mostly as a return connection point for a winch line. I always tow somebody from the rear. And when I'm shopping for a good off-roader, the existence of those will not be the deciding factor. 4wd system, tires, and suspension matter so much more. This screams "mall-crawler"
Front row hooks are also useful in pulling other vehicles out
@@rodjbosch 👍👍

I am a toyota fan boy but i have been more interested in the tremor after reading about it . Lack of tow hooks has made me less interested in the tundra
Just traded my 21 Tundra with 16k miles on a 2023 Tremor 402a. Took 25k in equity. Love this Tremor. It's pretty darn sweet. I drive new Tundras about 6 times. Trying to like it. Just couldn't. They floated like an old school caddy and felt small inside. That and lack of 4 AUTO.
