    Thank you for this! This is definitely the best shoulder opening yoga sequence on RUclips. I've had a shoulder impingement for at least four years now. And pain under that shoulder blade 100% of the time. For the first time after doing your video, I've felt a little bit of movement and I'm hopeful I can it it to release over time! Thank you!🙏👸

    This was exactly what I needed. I think it's the best routine I've found for shoulder and upper back and I will definitely come back to it. Thanks for your video !

    I tried others videos but with no small breaks it felt to uncomfortable.
    Thanks to you, even though it was my first time it didn’t feel too much being upside down for some time. I recorded myself to see what I need to work on but after my first “session” I was able to lift both my legs and get them almost perfectly straight.
