I filmed this on my Olympus Pen E-PL7. I didn't need lights for this video, but when I do, I use these studio lights - goo.gl/2Wft41
Placing the bottom leg on top of the top leg in that last spinal twist was just ingenious. It is so simple, yet so very effective, and I had never done it before. I do a lot of lower body HIIT and strength training, so needless to say, I do sometimes have lower back issues from overworking the glutes, and this one simple change to that twist felt better on both than any other similar stretch I had done. Amazing what a difference a smart change can make. I am pretty sure I will do this every morning in bed from now on. Thank you!
Thank you, whenever I have an anxiety attack my entire body is so sore for so long. Doing this finally releases my muscles and helps a ton.

I do 10-30 minutes of yoga every night and I try to do a variety of videos but this is the video I come back to most often. A thorough stretch that truly hits on all the muscle groups, but relaxing enough to end my day!
Hi Cat, I know this is an older video, but I needed something sort of simple for today. I keep falling out of my habit of daily yoga, and even though this flow wasn't particularly spiritual, I found myself crying through the whole thing from having missed the opportunity to daily spend time connecting to my body and just mindfully feeling myself move. This practice was gentle enough that I wasn't frustrated from my lack of ability to move through postures I used to be able to hold with ease and having touched on the entire body, I still feel fulfilled after practicing. Thank you for posting and I really appreciate what you do here on this channel. Namaste. 🙏

I’m a beginner and tbh I can’t remember the poses once I’m done with the whole sequence as I’m just trying my best to follow along to your voice. Could you somehow write down a sequence of poses? Some asanas that you did have names, but others I couldn’t find names for.
It would be really helpful as the transitions from one pose to another is what I find so beneficial about your videos and love the flow you take us through.
