- In case the title of 'Soft & Strong' has you a little confused, this flow is all about moving softly and slowly with the breath, through a gentle flow, but with a couple of stronger challenging ones added in. Enjoy!

this hasn't been mentioned in the comment section of this flow, and it may be weird to feel this way, but I think this flow helped my digestion. obviously the twists had something to do with that, but I think maybe also some of the poses, like the pistol pose, somehow pressed into my intestines and got something flowin! that's just my experience as a very constipated woman. you might not have intentionally tried that, but thank you anyway. hahaha.

Hey Cat - I'm just realising how much I enjoy yoga and how good it makes me feel. Can I ask if you do any other type of exercise to maintain your physique? Ive been solely weight training for a long time and wonder i switching to mainly yoga will not be so helpful in staying lean. Sorry if this sounds naive and unfounded - I just don't know much about yoga! Thanks for an awesome flow :) x

Hi, the pose at 12:43, would it be possible to do a tutorial about it. I don't know if it's just me who doesn't get it but I can't stay up without putting my hands down otherwise I always fall or I need to lift the heel of my bent leg. It feels like all yoga teachers go over it really fast without really explaining it! Thanks!
