Thank You! This is a GREAT instructional video. My washer was not taking in cool or cold water and therefore would not rinse even if I set it to hot wash because rinse is always with cold water. I cleaned the inlet filter cups first hoping this was the issue but still no cold water. I was about to pony up several hundred dollars on a new washer when I saw this video. It looked fairly easy to repair on my own so I gave it a try. I ordered the part from Amazon for under $30 (it took 2 days to receive) and it took about 1 hour of my time total to remove and replace the Water Valve with Thermistor. I had to refer back to the video a few times but it came apart and went back together exactly as shown. The washer is finishing the first load since the repair as I write this. It may just work for another 10 years. Thanks again!

great video.... however, my laundry room is not much bigger than a phone booth .... getting the cabinet back onto the frame and mated with the bottom frame on all 4 corners without continually knocking the new valve off its attachment points took FOREVER and was a royal pain in the patoot.... got it all buttoned up finally, only to find the new valve makes the same clunking noise as the old one .... oh well... thanks for a great video nonetheless.
