It was an "Honor" to have Pappa Sherm's Rat Rod tow truck and the Fab Rats crew recover our RZR.
Break downs are a reality of wheeling.(fuel pump in this case) It's great to have experts that are willing to help.
Keep up the great work and videos and a Huge THANK YOU again.

I didn't get a chance to thank you folks.
When I ent that small donation I never expected to receive anything from you nice people and I now feel guilty that you sent me something and that something I think is probably worth more than my donation.
As soon as I can I will send another donation if you promise not to send me any merchandise.
Seriously, that donation was for you guys go keep and spend on yourselves, certainly not on me. The stuff you sent me was really cool and we'll be using it as my son and I need to go to new hampshire for several days to do some shooting at his friends home firing range.
I just wanted to thank you for what you kind folks did for us. You folks are good people, we don't see much of that around here(chicago).
Please take care and be safe.

I'm wanting to build my dad's 85 k30 into something similar not real sure yet what direction I will go with it have thought about making it a capable trail/recovery truck or maybe just a nice looking work/cruiser have his 69 lt1 with camel hump heads 69 z28 cam solid lifter high rise with an 800cfm holley and a built turbo 400 reverse manual valve body with the trans brake option and a cast-iron transfer case to put into it either way I build it she's gonna be fun!! Love your videos Paul and crew!

    I love that rig!
I've got a '90 ram 150, with a flatbed, that i take out on the trails; at first glance, i would have swore mine was being used in this video! Its my feed truck, so i've got a bale spear on it, that has come in handy, a couple times, for when a rig in our group breaks down, or if we need something lifted for a quick repair!
I heard you mention your air bags; they're on my list! Regarding your comment about needing fuel injection, mine came with a tbi! (Not a power house but she dont die on steep inclines) One of my latest additions was a winch behind the front bumper; came in useful a time or 2, already!
I enjoy the channel; seein' the rescues, and the unique builds! Keep it up!

Thanks for another video folks. For sure although old guys like me will get misty eyed about how nice it was with carburetors, the new fuel injection systems are easier on everything and everybody. Happy New Year to you all.

My only affection for carburetors, (at least the simple one and two barreled one) is that an electrical fault didn't leave you stranded! And I can work on them!
Other than that, fuel injection is superior.

DANG, that tow truck is a beast (and it certainly has a mean growl, too)!!
Sure looked like Randall needed to go change his chonies there at the end!! 😲

"I really need to fuel inject this thing!"... Yeah, I'd say that would help a lot on those super steep inclines, lol!
(I'm actually surprised at what that ol' Chevy can still do, even being carbureted!)

So cool seeing you drive your dads truck like he's there with you

Paul either your 100% certifiably crazy or you really know the limits of your rig. That was awesome!

That old tow truck was going straight beast mode!

First thing that came to mind was Grandpa Sherm. Thanks for sharing. You might have to add more grab handles for Pappa Dar! Looks like he might have stretched the one he had a hold of!

I had to watch one when I saw it pop up! I normally try to wait a few days so I can watch a few of your videos in a row rather than rot my brain with TV. 3 or 4 of your episodes are better than most movies!
