This is great, thank you so much! I’ve done a few of the glass cutting boards by applying a layer of white vinyl to them (not HTV) and then sublimate on the vinyl- like magic it goes through the vinyl and is clear from top.
I am just buying all my things to get started. I got brown butcher paper off Amazon. Is it ok to use? I didn't know it was supposed to be white. Ty for any help.
No, it's not recommended to use brown butcher paper for sublimation; you should ideally use white butcher paper as the brown color could potentially interfere with the sublimation process and affect the color transfer onto your sublimation blanks.
Hi Jennifer. Hoping for help. Can sublimation/infusble ink be used on Modal fabric? It's not polyester but not cotton...I purchased tank tops from Walmart but I cannot find information if they can be sublimated on. Thank you

I did the microfiber towel and for some reason the sublimation went right through the butcher paper and burnt onto my press. is there any tricks to clean the heat press?
Good video! Thanks! Why is the temp for the microfiber clothes and the pillow case a different temp? I have seen the 400 degrees used for various fabrics so I’m not sure why you use 350 degrees on the microfiber clothes.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for those awesome ideas. I’ve been trying to print & cut the “take it easy” design on which I’d reduced the width so it would fit across an A4 sub sheet but DS flipped it from top to bottom. As I didn’t want to waste the rest of the sheet I opted for 2 copies. The print came out on the right hand side and seemingly Cricut was unable to find the registration markers as the scan lasted way too long with no cut. Where can I change the orientation? Can I add other design images in order to reduce wastage? Thanks in advance.

Can we use any laminating sheet? Or it has to be a laminating pouch thats linked? Is there a difference?

The sublimation paper can only be used with the sublimation ink and the sublimation printer.
can you sublimate on both sides of a 100% poly shirt?
Yes, you can put a design on the from and back of the shirt. Make sure to put a barrier on the inside of the shirt when sublimating.
Does the laminate plastic come off if the cutting board gets wet?
Yes, so long as you hand wash them, the laminate will stay on permanently or at least for a very long time.

Modal is a treated cotton, but it's treated chemically. We haven't tried but you could always do a test. 😊🌻

Yes, whatever you can add whatever you can fit in the designated space for print then cut you can add.
