How to Install Fuel Pressure Regulator 2004 Chevy Suburban

Installing a fuel pressure regulator on 2004 Chevy Suburban. (Signs of a bad fuel pressure regulator) Engine misfires/poor acceleration,
Black smoke coming from the exhaust,
Spark plugs appear black,
Reduced fuel mileage,
Gasoline in the vacuum hose,
Engine backfires,
Engine won't crank,

Hey bro I changed it I try taking the pressure out of the pipe but nothing came out what does that mean ?

Fuel pump might be getting weak, but I had one nothing came out and it ran fine so you should be fine if you not having any problems.
