Don't just drink water. Eat water through fruits and vegetables like water melons, cucumber, spinach, grapes, strawberry, oranges, tomatoes, apples etc
I am a nutritionist And I stress this a lot on my channel about eating fruits and vegetables that contain water to keep us hydrated so we can feel our best. A lot of people feel that water is boring but you can also add fresh fruits to your water to help you maintain a healthy body this is how I get our grandchildren to drink more water whenever they visit :-)
I weigh 161 lb I am 5-2 and I drink a gallon a day it took me a while to do that it took at least two years to do that and now I can just drink a gallon a day with no problem. It's very important to consume the water of your weight I stress this a lot on my channel it also will help with your organs that keep them healthy your scan and yes it will allow your hair to grow thank you ever so kindly God bless you🙏🌻👍
Check your thyroid please... trust the homeopathic doctors .. traditional doctors don’t know anything much and are given 1/2 days training on other areas outside of their specialism... Totally disagree with you! I was drinking 140 ounces a day at 300pds , and went into water overload. Doctor said I was drinking to much. I cut it down to 100 ounces, and my legs stop cramping. I've lost 60pds on my weight loss journey. Reaching for 60 more
Oh my Lord I'm so sorry to hear that. It is very important to drink water and my doctor was telling me the same thing we must drink water according to our body weight I weigh 161 lb. And I drink a gallon a day I get a physical every year and my doctor tells me that I am in great shape I am 58 years of age I also eat vegetables and fruits that contain water.
You were drinking 140 ounces a day so that means you must have weighed 240 pounds which is overweight and that is not you ideal body weight. You should be drinking water that is based on your ideal body weight if you are over weight.
@@Truth_seeker777 it’s very possible that her circulatory system wasn’t working properly as well as her kidneys and the amount of water she was drinking wasn’t being flushed properly.
Lisa it’s possible the amount of pressure your heart was under due to your weight, effected how your circulatory system performed, which overworks your heart abs causes problems with your blood pressure that leads to less than optimal kidney function. If your body can’t expel fluids properly it’ll cause edema. Although your body requires water, your body systems must be in harmony in order to eliminate water as well. In your case the fact that you were 300lbs is where the problem begins. Hopefully you were successful sigh subsiding the edema and getting your weight to a healthier range that supports optimal body function.
You know I stopped drinking sodas and juices maybe about 15 16 years ago and I just started and taking water and doing this consistently if I want something else I would add fruits fresh fruits to my water or I would just make green juices not make green juices every other day I keep flavored water in my refrigerator by adding fresh fruits to my water and this will help you drink more water I know it does with our grandchildren :-)
Over hydration will kill you. Its because you flush out all the salta in your body. Did this to my baby and god i thought i lost her. BE CAREFUL. You not only drink water u should take vitamins to help keep you regulated
@Jerseygirl8999 m yes your right. At the time she only a few months old and the doctor said to give her powdered milk with added rice... Not knowing it was already watered down. So i would add more water thinking i was diluting the cereal and milk and then give her regular plain water thinking im hydrating her not knowing i was literally killing her. It caused her brain to react as if she had a seizure and she was unresponsive...i was freaking tf out. I was trying cpr and everything i could think of until the slow ass ambulance got there. I didnt know what happened until they asked me how often do i give her water and that when they told me why her labs looked a bit odd. But since then shes been great and her hair is beautiful
