Thankyou for this Ullenka. I'm 30 and have had severe eczema for my entire life. I rely on injectable drugs to keep it under control but I'm on a journey to heal myself with food and be drug free. I hope you and your beautiful children are doing great ! Xx

I'm glad you documented your family's journey. People who didn't know me when my eczema was at its worst and while I was detoxing can't believe how bad it was. I didn't take any photos, as I didn't want to be reminded of how awful I looked.

    • @ullenka
      @ullenka  5 лет назад +3

I can relate. I only took photos to see if we make any progress, cuz we were so lost. Now I am glad I did and I wish I actually took more.... They remind but they also mean to me a lot, that we were so strong to overcome and we ever forget why we re here now. Anyway, I really understand you as I didn't feel like taking any photos and have just a few. I also didn't show any until she was better.

This video, your story was the beginning of truly healing my kids. 3,5 years ago when I saw this video I was desperately looking help to heal my sons severe eczema. I remember watching it at night when he was sleeping and I decided to give him only fruits when he wakes up. On day 5th I already started seeing changes, after 3 months his skin was 80% healed and approx 10 months later his skin was completely healed. He has been eczema free since then, also healed my daughters mild atopic dermatitis. Both free from skin issues. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your story ❤

What a good mother you are!!! I've cleared up my eczema the same way. I thank God every day that He led me to the information for healing. I was in so much misery at age 60 that I told God and family that they were expecting too much from me and I couldn't go on any more. I felt like Job in the Bible. I prayed for guidance knowing that what the devil meant for evil, God would use for good. Even though I didn't fully believe God, I prayed for healing and he led me to RUclips videos about healing eczema with diet. It makes sense. All the foods God created for us are good for us. He made us to process the foods he created for us. May God continue to bless you and your beautiful children on this healing journey!!! Prayers for all of you from Tennessee, USA.

That is so wonderful I'm so happy for you! I've suffered with eczema my whole life and every time I do a juice cleanse or eat fully raw my eczema gets substantially better. I feel like it would fully heal if I could just persist. The mental challenge and the hunger always seems to get to much though. I get agitated, bloated, angry, find it difficult to exercise and just really hungry. Does that feeling go away? How did you cope with the mental challenge ?

I believe they include greens of different kinds. When I became a vegetarian I ate nuts too. Which is the protein part of the fruit family.
So try to eat raw almond butter in your smoothies and you will feel good. No bloat will occur after you have cleansed your system of impurities with pure grape juice and other juices.
God 1st created mankind to live on the Tree of Life, then mankind fell.
Hence sickness and death came into the world. I will pray that you can stick to it as I hope to do as well. There is no body odor while living on a raw fruit diet.
And your elementary canal is cleared, emptied, daily.
I would love to share her story with others. I guess Ullenka has her story, testimony, on facebook.
      God Bless You Monica.

Hi debbie.. i am going through the same state of mind and we also have job's story mentioned in the Quran which I have been taking reference to through God's help.. there it is mentioned how Job A.S. had the problem of the skin and prayed to God for help and then He was advised to use water and herbs ..
i have tried different diets etc but it keeps flaring up ( never tried pure fruits diet as yet) so may be it was the rice or the garlics.. or ..
but now through God's help I understood through research that it happens due bad gut or leaky gut which can be fixed through fasting.. so now i am on water fasting and praying for healing.. Insha'Allah

      Noor Sultan,
I eat very plain vegan. I thank God that I have always loved vegetables without a lot of cheeses, butter or other oils. I’m careful with seasoning too. Although I do love a little garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, cilantro cumin, salt and some red pepper.
But, you’re right, a little too much can lead to a flare up.
Prayers for you and your continued recovery.

So after stopping steroid, we went back to eating just like my God, Jesus, recommended in Genesis 1:29 and as our forefathers ate, Fruit and vegetables. We saw a huge improvement in her skin, but she developed a habit of scratching herself when she is frustrated. We are working on that too. Anyways all the best for you thank you for sharing May God help us.

Thank you for sharing your story! My 5 month old son has terrible eczema. We tried the steroid cream, which ended in a reaction and terrible flare up all over again. We’ve tried the special creams we found online. Nothing has worked. I’ve currently cut out dairy and now cutting out wheat, since I am nursing him. I truly believe the cleaner we eat the cleaner and healthier our bodies will be, it just takes so much discipline to do so. And stories like yours, of course, that inspire change and a solution! I will be implementing this into my diet and see if it helps me son. We have been praying for a solution. It has been months of sleepless nights and covering his hands with socks and face with creams just to get by... I just can’t wait for him to be better and pain-free again!

Hey Ullenka, I'm new to your channel and just subbed. I used to have eczema just like your daughter, all over my face and body... but mine didn't arrive until I was maybe 28? It came suddenly, and I had no idea what it was. I eventually got rid of the worst of the eczema, just through drugs (topical steroids) and some dietary changes. Some say diet has nothing to do with it, but I've always felt that's completely false. For me, if I consume any wheat and especially soy, I'm guaranteed to have some break-out somewhere within a day or so. One big mistake I felt I made was going on the "Master Cleanse" at age 29, which meant no food for about a month. It wasn't a bad cleanse, but I feel like it damaged my gut biome and metabolism, and I still haven't recovered from that episode. Anyway, I'm now 42, and I mostly don't have it. I get it on my hands and feet sometimes, as I have right now which is why I was looking around again for help. I currently have a dyshidrotic blister on my foot which is so big and painful I can't walk at the moment. Anyway, just wanted to ask how things are doing today? I will have to get your books, they sound interesting.

My daughter had it really bad on her feet arms and face. I used a natural eczema cream. The first night I used it she had the first night since she was 6 months old without crying and scratching. A month onward her skin is 100% normal.
It was a hard long road but now at 4 years old she can go to karate and everything without any issues just some minor itching as I think she's got sensative skin like me

I had this dreaded disease ( psoriasis or eczema).... Consulted with many doctors and tried many medications .. Nothing worked. Hence I advice , please never try medicines or treatments. Just find the root cause and apply normal methodologies with due care on " Nature Way".. Build immunity or resistance to your body ( metabolism ) . Then you are on your makr...You will clear it ! All the best !!!

I ‘m litterly crying after heart your story. I know the pain/ suffering mum goes through when their child had ezema. I m also mother of 1 going through the same experience and always wondering different methods to cure my child ezema. The none stop scratching, the sleepiness night, I do know understand your each and every saying. I will also start giving her banana 🍌; but if you can provide more information about what other fruits are good for eczema that would be helpful. Hatoff to u.

Yogithaa give her lots of fruit especially papaya is really good for eczema. My daughter also has eczema, I have started her on an elimination diet to figure out what it is that’s causing her to inflame. She doesn’t like papaya so I hide it in her smoothies. So I make her smoothies with banana strawberries papaya and I hide bits of kale and beet in there too and she can’t tell. Also have you heard of probiotics? They are great to help heal leaky gut which is one of the main reasons people have eczema.

Also she may be gluten or dairy intolerant. Take her off gluten , dairy and sugar for a few weeks and see if she improves. Please look up eczema healing from within. Topical steroids will only mask the problem. The real problem is the gut that needs healing.

Great for cleansing but maybe not healthy long term. You will need to transitioned back into other food groups to avoid issues

Any whole foods will help. Fruits, Veges, nuts/seeds and legumes. I’m Vegan and my Eczema has cleared and has stayed away! I’m not sure which foods do trigger Eczema more but I’ve read that it’ can be dairy, sugar and eggs. Also can be meat. I hope this helps 😁
