    Use baking soda straight out the box. Wet a gob of toilet paper with COLD WATER, sprinkle a light dusting of baking soda on it, soak the itching burning surface area and wipe gently, repeat. It will sting slightly but this lasts for a few minutes, giving you the sensation that you should wash it off. Don't. After doing this 2 or more times as needed, fan your private area until dry. Do this each time you shower and after urinating. This will work if, after seeing the doctor, done all the lab tests ie. blood and urine tests and the cause is still not known. This happened to me (for ten 10 days i suffered from what i thought at first was a y.i.) and after finally seeing a video here on RUclips about yeast infections, one of the suggestions was to soak in a baking soda bath and another said to wash with cold water. I figured if I use baking soda with cold water instead of warm or hot water, it will finally subside. It did and I am eternally grateful to the RUclipsr ( cant remember who exactly ) and Jesus for helping me and to figure out how to get relief, finally. Good luck and God bless 🙌🙏❤️💖

    one thing worth mentioning is candida overgrowth can be caused by another underlying issue, and wont go away until thats addressed (like unmanaged diabetes or stress)
    also worth mentioning, its good to take foods that support the spleen and liver to help detoxify, a weakened spleen can be a partial or total cause of candida overgrowth, and sweet potato just so happens to be one of the good things for it

    Great job! You should be extremely Proud of yourself. Candida takes a lot of determination to stick to an anticandida diet. I had it years ago and finally beat it. I used natural remedies also. I rotated Paul D Arco, Oregano Oil, Olive Leaf Extract, Pistachios, Probiotics, Prebiotics.
    I cooked with Coconut Oil also. Then I had terminal cancer and beat it but the chemo damaged my bowel flora and now it’s back. UGH!

      Hey my 2 thumbs had the fungus since 2008. I did not care about how it looked because I am too busy and sometimes when you ask doctors they don't help. Until this year I decided to say something. Getting a lab result on my nail said it was a fungal infection but doctor did not explain or does not know what all is about. He prescribed Terbinafine I took for 10 days and got very Nauseas just wanted to be in bed. I stopped taking it. But still he was not described what all is about. As I had googled information I asked him do you think the fungus has spread throughout my body? and he said no no. But he did not convince me as per my symptoms being more scary. Unable to convince him to take more labs. I kept googling information. I don't have anyone to share this with or know someone with this issue. It is very frustrating as I don't get full with diet food. Hope all of you here that have comment are doing better. I truly mean it!

    I agree with you on the fact that there is a lot of information out there, but some probably misinformation though. I had a Candida overgrowth years ago but it’s back again. I didn’t know anything about it but I needed to do something fast so I did the most simplest thing: avoid everything except lean meat and vegetables for a while. I slowly reintroduced fruit and other stuff. I felt worse the first few days to like a week when I went into the elimination diet and that’s a normal thing to experience. I think that’s one thing you forgot to mention. My mistake was not finding out how long I was supposed to be on the diet. That’s the bit of information I’m looking for atm.

    • @avebeason
      @avebeason  2 года назад +9

      Hey! Thanks for your comment. I didn’t mention how long it took because it can be different for everyone. Personally I did a paleo diet for about a year and then did a strict candida cleanse for 4 months. But I know some people spend 6 months doing the cleanse. So just depends on you and your body but I think it’s good to slowly reintroduce foods to see how you react :) I hope you are feeling better now!

    Pau d arco or also known as taheebo can help in yeast infections, you can also use the brewed tea to rinse the itch. Cool it off first of course.
    Just follow the right dosage when brewing and check if it's ok for pregnant women, etc.
    Oh, it can also cause blood thinning so if you have medication that can conflict, better not to take them at the same time.

    I wanted to watch the video, because me I discovered I've had this overgrowth since I was a child and nowadays I'm 29, I've got even diagnosed with ADD therefore, because toxins were blocking functions of the prefrontal cortex, due to leaky gut syndrome. In the end I couldn't eat anything anymore, taking elvanse was the only thing fighting the extreme fatigue and concentration loss. I felt depressed and anxious all the time and habe been reading tons of scientific psychological books. I couldn't even breathe correctly anymore when I was eating a salad for the extreme bloating. It was a really horrible journey for all my life.
    I solved it in the end with oregan oil, ate just vegetables and rarely a gluten free bread, going to the gym everyday. Just after the first day I felt a difference in my "brainfog". Four weeks later I feel like I'm a different person. I'm balanced and vivid.
    But howsoever it's better when an old professor with a beard and serious face is explaining it, because then I'm not so unfocused on the content actually.
    You are really good looking :).

      @@avebeason that's interesting somehow, that you got diagnosed with ADD as well.
      I've been diagnosed just two years ago, but since I solved that candida overgrowth, I don't fulfill the criteria for it anymore. I think I never knew how it felt to be able to access all of one's energy. I don't use medication anymore and if I do - I tried it a few times - I feel drugged and totally not comfortable.
      I feel more regulated and intact, I don't experience mood swings or affective dysregulations, nor that I get lost in my mind at work, because I observe a pigeon on my window and start to ask myself how this pigeon would see me now and what it would think of me when it could think like a human.... I don't have these kind of interruptions anymore and to be honest I'm really glad for that.

The past two weeks I have had this awful sweet taste/smell and when it happens I feel drunk/dazed. I've been googling and researching everything I know now what's wrong with me. A few days ago before I stopped eating sugar I ate a croissant I got the sweet taste again and felt so drunk I literally almost fell over. Looking back I had a lot of the symptoms I just thought there was a reason for them and stuff like that just happened. Right now I'm looking for a doctor to make an appointment for next week. I'm thinking about doing the at home test first because last week I went to 2 ers and a Kroger little clinic and they all just wrote me off. I kept trying to tell them something was seriously wrong. I can't wait to get this past me I have been sick for a while and I had no clue I was sick till it got this bad. I was having nocturnal panic attacks last week and anxiety attacks.

I have tried my best to starve the yeast. But I am not sure what I doing wrong because my symptoms have gotten worse., And basically ruined my life. And to be honest, it has been hard also because I have nobody to talk about this or ask for advice.
    As you mention in the video, it is very important having people who have gone through it or are going through it . Because, yes, as you say it feels it is kind of lonely. Right now, I have no access to social media, other than RUclips.( Long story crappy phone) That is why I can't follow the people that you mention in the video.
    In this video you ven say : *you can reach out to me if you want" So, Can I communicate with you by email ?? To what email address? It would mean a lot to me. I am still willing to buy the book for guidance, I already looked for it on Amazon. I know you made this video about a year ago. But. I hope you are still willing to do that.

      Hi!! Thanks for your comment. I am sorry to hear that your symptoms are getting worse. Sometimes your body can have a bad reaction to a new way of living or doing the cleanse if you arent used to eating/living in a new way, can be a big adjustment! I definitely encourage you to keep trying even if you don’t do a strict candida cleanse but adding in more nutritious things to help heal your body each week can make a big difference. Glad I came across your video. I have candida/leaky gut since 1987. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
    It wasnt until 2000 that I did research and realized all my fatigue and pain was from candida/leaky gut.
    I committed myself to the diet and eating raw chopped garlic, at least 5 cloves a day.
    I felt amazing. I kept it up for 4 months before I started eating desserts again. Once I started I couldn't stop and all my symptoms returned full force again.
    I am embarrassed to say I have not been able to commit to the diet 100% since then.
    I still do my chopped raw garlic and for about 50 % of the time eat the diet. My really bad problem is I have been addicted to sugar ever since I was a kid.
    Right now I am having lots of joint pain and major fatigue bc my sugar intact was bad recently. Ugh, I dont know why I give in all the time to sugar.
    I have restarted my no sugar again and hope I can keep going.
    I am curious as to after your cleanse what did you start eating again. Also, did you go back on bc pill.
    It is so great and encouraging to see someone has gotten rid of their candida completely! AND that it hasnt come back after no longer doing the strict diet restrictions.
    I hope you have many videos on what you did eat during your cleanse and how many times a day you ate.
    I am interested in everything that you feel really helped.
    I tried many, many probiotics but they mostly didnt work. I have been on 2 different health powders that had prebiotics in them and they seemed to help but were very expensive.
    What probiotic were you taking? I hear chickory is very good but dont know how to eat it.
    I am going to look at your other videos now and see if you have anymore about candida.
    Thank you for this video. I am trying to take inspiration from all you've accomplished.

    • @avebeason
      @avebeason  2 года назад +6

      Susan,
      Thanks so much for sharing your story and watching my video!!
      Garlic is a great antifungal! I try to incorporate garlic when I can. As for my probiotic when I was doing the cleanse I tried to get one that at least says 30-50 billion on the bottle. Honestly I was just trying to get one that has a lot of different probiotics in it not saying that’s the best things to do though! Just what I did. I use a different now, I can do a video about it.
      But sugar was one of the hardest things for me to cut, what really helped me was to have more balancing meals so making sure to include heathy fat like avocado, protein, and fiber. That helped with my cravings as well!! I will do a video about what helped me the most when cutting sugar. I rarely have sugar now and try to make things myself with substitutes. I will say I’ve had to dedicate a lot of time in the kitchen.
      I am working on repairing my leaky gut because I still have that even with the candida overgrowth being gone. I have a few what I eat in a day videos that go over the diet I am doing but over all I have completely changed my way of eating. I focus on Whole Foods, good quality meat, low alcohol intake, lower carb, and low to no added sugar.
      There is so much that goes into candida overgrowth it’s hard for me to type everything but I will make more videos in the future. I think it’s super important to talk about because a lot of people struggle with it and may not even know.
      You sound amazing and I wish you the best of luck!! Don’t be too hard on yourself and do the best you can :) I hope I answered some of your questions.
      Also here is the website of the nutritionist I work with she specializes in candida overgrowth, and has truly been amazing. I’m working with her now to cure my leaky gut

      @@avebeason thank you for that wonderful reply. I appreciate everything you tell me. Like you said, it can be lonely bc you feel like you are the only one going through this.
      But I also feel as if we know something important that most Americans dont. We know how much sugar is a poison and that unnutritous food can be killing many of us.
      I am shocked to learn you can have leaky gut without candida. Confused too. I thought they were one and the same. That candida caused the leaky gut.
      I can tell you something that helped me repair my gut when I had that remission is glutamate powder. If you haven't tried that, I am sure you've heard how it helps the gut. It really did for me.
      When you did garlic, did you use fresh raw garlic, chopped up well? Did you put it in your food and/or eat it alone?
      Thank you for your words of encouragement. I will try not to beat myself up and move foward with determination.

    • @avebeason
      @avebeason  2 года назад +1

      @@SusanBrooklyn yes people are consuming so much sugar, it’s in so many products too!
      And yeah candida definitely caused the leaky gut it seems like, it’s just taken me a bit longer to repair that damage. I do take L glutamine powder which can be really beneficial in the repairing of the gut lining. I’ve heard many holistic doctors talk about it!
      As for the garlic I either mince it or chop it up and cook with it or took a supplement form but always better to have the actual food instead of supplements. But I also took other natural antifungals and lots of pre biotic food to feed the good bacteria! From my experience The antifungals I took also might have killed the good bacteria so now I am dealing with low levels of good bacteria in my body. When I did a GI map stool test it informed me of that.
      I will continue to share everything I learn and post new videos in the future.
      Let me know if you have any other questions but it might be important to reach out to a specialist like the holistic seedling because they will know more than me. I can only share what worked for me but everyone is different.
      You got this!!

      @@avebeason I will check out the holistic site you sent, thanks.
      Regarding garlic, unfortunately capsules and powders dont have the effect we need the way raw garlic does.
      The property Allicin in raw garlic gets activated when crushed, chopped or chewed. And the garlic needs to be eaten very soon after activated. Allicin is what is so effective about garlic. And garlic doesnt kill the good bacteria. Yay!
      When I feel the burning of the raw garlic in my mouth I like to imagine it kicking candida ass as it comes in contact with it inside my body 😁
      What symptoms are you having from the leaky gut? I am interested to know how to tell leaky gut symptoms from candida. Did you experience joint pain or aches with candida?
      I have 2 issues going on. My candida brought on adrenal fatigue. So I have to treat both candida and adrenal fatigue. But for decades I wondered which brought on the other.
      Did candida bring on the adrenal fatigue or AF bring on the candida.
      When I told my primary doc I have candida overgrowth he scoffed and said "IF I do have candida overgrowth then something in my body caused it, you dont just get candida".
      I know what caused my candida, and now I know my candida caused my AF.
      Thanks for taking your time to respond. Not many opportunities to speak with someone dealing with this. I feel very lucky to be able to talk to someone who went through it and came out victorious 😊

      I just came down with a symptom I never knew could be from candida.
      Lump on side bottom of my jaw.
      Salivary glands are often where candida will be and cause a lump. I read online.
      It was there for 2 days and now it's gone.
      I had something like this Yeats ago where the side of my face swelled up.
      My doc thought it was bacterial and rx me antibiotics.
      When my face swelled up worse from the antibiotics I knew it was candida.

      Alcohol was hard for me to cut as well since we drink so socially. I found myself saying no to going out a lot, I also did this cleanse during the pandemic so it was a bit easier to just not be around alcohol as much. I would say remember the candida cleanse is just a temporary thing, you don’t have to do it forever. once you start feeling better it will be easier you to stick with it. Your health is the most important thing you have. You can totally still be social and go to parties and not drink, I do that quite often now. I didn’t experience lazy bowel or constipation. if you are having trouble having daily bowels movements I would suggest starting to add more fiber in your diet chia seed pudding is really easy to make and has tons of fiber! You don’t have to make a drastic change immediately just add in more things each week or cut things out each week. So if you are having dairy, gluten, alcohol, sugar. Etc. each week try to cut one out and keep that up it’ll make it easier than to do it drastically all at once.

      Hey!! So I noticed for me it’s because I wasn’t feeling satisfied after a meal so I made sure to get healthy fat fiber and protein with every meal. And if I still wanted something sweet I would have some berries or sugar free coconut yogurt. :) but the cravings do go away it’s just your body getting used to not eating it because sugar is addictive. You got this!!

      I like this video a lot!! I love Bai's coconut antioxidant drink. You can also make healthy coconut bites. I've been drinking matcha lattes with almond milk--cutting out regular milk bcuz it has antibiotics in it. Matcha is super healthy for you & a great alternative to coffee. I found that for some people the candida overgrowth comes from repeated antibiotic use or even if you're a consistent coffee drinker. Drinking coffee on an empty stomach w/ sugar causes an imbalance in your gut. Something else I wanted to add is burdock root. It purifies your blood and helps clear any skin issues. Hope that helps! : )

      Candidiasis is a fungal infection caused by a yeast (a type of fungus) called Candida. Some species of Candida can cause infection in people; the most common is Candida albicans. Candida normally lives on skin and inside the body, such as the mouth, throat, gut, and vagina, without causing problems.

    I've tried eliminating everything from my diet except sweet potatoes. However, sweet potatoes are high in oxalates and can actually feed H. pylori. Many people with Candida also have H. pylori, as I do. Keep in mind that sweet potatoes are a nightshade. They actually cause inflammation in your body. The best way to combat Candida is by starving it with a low-carb diet and consuming nutrient-rich, healthy meats, preferably red meat. Additionally, supplements like Pau d'Arco and colloidal silver can be very effective in defeating Candida and have helped me tremendously. You just need to make sure you’re getting the real deal with those two supplements as there are a lot of knockoffs on the market.

      What brands do you recommend? Also, vitamin C supplements convert to oxalates in the body from what I've read.

      The bacteria that cause BV can sometimes infect the uterus (womb) and fallopian tubes (egg canals). This type of infection is called pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). PID can cause infertility or damage the fallopian tubes enough to increase the future risk of ectopic pregnancy and infertility. Therefore try your best to get the Natural Herbs to cure all forms of infection in order to prevent blockage in Your Fallopian Tubes, Agbara herbal Medication and Osakirisa herbal seed are there for you to use any time

      Lyme disease is caused by infection with the bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi. Although most cases of Lyme disease can be cured within 2 to 3 weeks with Agbara Herbal Deep Root Cleanser, patients can sometimes have symptoms of pain, fatigue, or difficulty thinking that lasts for more than 6 months after they finish treatment.

      Hi!! Like bowel movements? I would say yes but I’ve been taking probiotics for awhile now so I don’t really remember. But that’s super common and I remember experiencing that but not sure if it’s directly tied to the probiotics.

      Sorry, I was not clear. In terms of acne. I read that probiotics do help with leaky gut and candida, so I want to take them, but always when I start I get lots of acne ( that is another problem I have!). So I never take probiotics for more than a week.

      @avebeason  2 года назад

      @@catiacosta666 oh interesting! I didn’t experience that. Have you tried cutting out dairy, sugar, alcohol & gluten? I noticed a big difference in my skin when I did that. I used to have pretty bad acne that’s why I was on the birth control pill for so long.

    • @catiacosta666
      @catiacosta666 2 года назад +1

      @@avebeason thank you for taking the time to answer. Yes, I did cut dairy, gluten, alchool (not a big fan anyway) and sugar. This helped me quite a lot and I saw huge difference some months ago. But I still have lots of acne and breakouts (especially cystic acne). I know this is because my free testerone is too high but I want to avoid going back in the BC pill. I also did a food intolerances test and lots of ingredients showed in my list (including dairy and gluten), so the nutricionist said that it may be leaky gut. I hope that I can do something to control my acne naturally! Thanks for your videos 😊
