I really needed this video it’s definitely given me hope 🥺 i’ve going through full face eczema out of nowhere for about a year now, so I’ll definitely try out these tips! Are you still continuing with the diet and these practices after you healed?
Thanks so much for watching - sending you healing vibes xx I eased off a lot of the restrictive practices but they definitely make a huge difference when trying to get things under control! I have some hot spots now and it helps to know how to handle them. I'd say all of the tips collectively made healing possible!
Hi ruchika, thanks a lot for this video, i have been on an elimination diet since a month. The process is slow. I wanted to ask one thing, did your face rashes have flakiness and dryness as well? How did u manage them? I’ll be really grateful if you’d reply🥺
Hi! Thanks for watching - I did indeed have flaky dry patches on my face (and almost everywhere else); healing was essentially a combination of everything I mentioned in the video! Simple skincare, a super clean and limited diet, and a strong focus on stress management. Sending you healing vibes ✨
No! I'd definitely be cautious if you plan to get laser hair removal during a flare given the skin's sensitivity, but I wouldn't say the two are correlated otherwise
Oat milk! I only introduced it/things like it into my diet when I was being a little more lenient and less of a stickler - hope that helps! Thanks for stopping by!
I was on the AIP diet, or autoimmune paleo diet! I've included a link in the description to what I did more specifically, but you can also find lots of info about the diet itself online
Happy for you!
Thank you so much!

Also which of these tips helped the most for your face/neck flares? Xx

Do you think it has anything to do with laser hair removal?

what milk did you use for your lattes? did it not conflict with your diet?, Great Vid btw!
