The best deep conditioner ever is Aphogee Deep Protein Treatment. I come from a family of stylist and since I was a little girl this has been our families go to Treatment every 2-3 months.
You're right about aphogee. I stopped using it for years and my hair started breaking. I just did the two-step treatment last week. I'm going to do it every 10 weeks from now on
My hair has grown so many inches in this quarantine. I introduced pre-poo into my hair routine, hot cap when deep conditioning, cooler water during my rinse off, and a brush for curly hair rather than wide tooth combs. I started detangling with a leave-in conditioner on top of my deep conditioner, and oil my scalp every other day with my hair in braids. These are the best results for me to grow lots of inches. Waist-length as well now and 1 year ago my hair was above bra strap after getting a cut :P
Agreed, protein treatments can increase the risk of hair breakage since it tends to pull moisture out of the hair, so I would opt for the aloe vera avocado mask, pre-poo treatments without coconut oil and I heard that, "yes to cucumber volumizing conditioner" which is an aloe vera based glycerin conditioner is very good for low porosity hair...I can make a separate video on this topic if you want. But otherwise hope this was helpful. Also you shouldn't use protein treatments back to back maybe like once every 3-4 months.

Where did you get this information from? I’ve found that my hair usually grows 1-1.5 inches per month if I’m properly taking care of it, and I usually retain 2-3 inches per quarter after trimming. For low porosity hair PrePoo-ing doesn't seem to work unless it's done overnight. So how often are these treatments done to maintain growth? @Bella Mecia
My aloe vera avocado treatment I would do twice a month. Pre-poo treatments I would do before every wash day so once or twice a month. The heavier protein treatments I would do every 3-4 months, sometimes less if I notice my hair is more manageable. If you have low porosity hair, ptotein treatments can increase the risk of hair breakage since they tend to pull moisture out of the hair, so the olaplex bond builder or Aztec Healing Clay might be more beneficial for your hair type. I can make a separate video on this if you like.
Low porosity hair should pre-poo with a lighter oil like avocado or jojoba or argon oil. I’ve recently started doing that and using steam from a towel or the shower

Lmao at prenatals...its hormones ! Literally hormones in the body that tell the body to grow excess hair everywhere lol, without breakage.. it's researchable. Those same hormones can also lead to postpartum hairshed no matter the remedy. Also can we admit diet, environmental factors, genetics also play a crucial role. My profile pic is how my hair has always been even after I cut it, it grows within months right back always has.
@@MissNamaSlay prenatal vitamins help too. My grandmother crushes them up into a powder & put them in my shampoo/conditioner when I finished chemotherapy & my hair has really grown.
Yes sis your are healthy and strong 💪🏽 but u also has to take care of the inside of your body as well like your iron and vitamin d levels and drink lots of water if u deficient in any one of those then none of them products will work I was low deficient my hair shed so bad my doctor gave me iron and vitamin d pill 💊 the shedding has stop and now hair has grown a lot keep up the good work Hun😘
Boy the backhanded shade on some of these comments is really something lol. Yes, genetics play a part but if we keep using that as a shut down excuse to discourage the next woman hair journey, then we still got long ways to go. In reality we really don't know what our hair is capable of until it happens. You have women who thought their hair couldn't grow past a certain point and now are way past it after learning more about their hair, even it's it just a few inches. Products (homemade, natural, or not) do help with protein/moisture balance and length retention as well as keeping it clean. I think we're so accustomed to believing our direct environments and our experiences is law, we think it's always like that everywhere else and it's not. We really have to get to a better place of being ok with whatever works for that individual without dismissing their hair experiences because it didn't match your own.
Hi does the keratin interfere with your curls coming back? I'm afraid to try the one with keratin because of previous experiences with keratin treatments. They have a tendency of keeping your hair straight

Greetings from Antigua 🇦🇬
I got you babe, soon come! Definitely don't be a stranger😉
yes to the oils video!!
Soon come beautiful!🤗😘
I hate Apogee. It dried my hair, my stylist used de fabolous btx treatment, it's very expensive but worth it and only needs to be done 2or3 times a year
This great video I love it 🥰 thanks keep up the 👍 job
Thanks my love, appreciate your positive energy!🤗😘
Also you was pregnant. Pregnancy helps hair growth. Idk why but thats what older ppl say
It’s the prenatal pills (vitamins)
Yes! My sister's hair grew about 5 or 6 inches while she was pregnant and it was so much thicker!
I thought so too . That pregnancy growth ✨
Please produce a video on the oils you use. Thank you!
Soon come babe!🤗😘
Thanks for putting me on! 🙏🏻
Hey! So do pre-poo first then the shampoo & deep conditioner?! When should we do the aloe & avocado mask? Thanks 💕😊
You’re hair looks so beautiful 😻
What kind of moisturizing conditioners are you using ?
Have you tried the Malibu Crystal Gel Treatment? This is a vegan build up remover.
No I haven't, is it any good?
Mielle Babussu and mint deep protein conditioner is amazing
Hi does the keratin interfere with your curls coming back? I'm afraid to try the one with keratin because of previous experiences with keratin treatments. They have a tendency of keeping your hair straight
I do a once a year nutree cosmetics diy protein treatment and my curls are intact, shiny and bouncy
Great content. First time viewer. Very healthy hair. Needed those product suggestions. Subscribed.
I love your energy and the way you talk tho❤❤

Hi Bella, new subbie here, Happy New Year & sending positive vibes your way!! I love aloe vera too!! I use it as my pre poo with oil for my transitioning hair. I have been transitioning for 1 yr now. Its great!!
Ahhhhhh, I love hearing this. Transitioning to Natural is not only a physical transformation, but spiritual and emotional too so I'm glad you took the plunge.
