  • One of the hardest curves to treat with bracing and scoliosis specific exercise is an upper thoracic curve. These are challenging because of the difficulty in getting force to it through the shoulder joint.
    In this video, we talk about how to address this curve in the Schroth Method and why we don't want to sacrifice it by trying to address the lower curve only.
    There are some specific things to keep in mind with the upper thoracic curve, and everyone's curve is different, so don't do these exercises on your own without supervision from a PT trained in Schroth.
