I found a site that shows exercises to do at home for someone with scoliosis can you do some videos showing excercises that can be done at home, I know it won't fix but maybe some stretching and muscle strength making sure not to cause more problems, I know some excercises should not be done.
Ive been diagnosed with multilevel degenerative disc which doctor told me about. When i got home and read report for myself i saw it said i had Mild upper thoracic scoliosis apex to the left. There is mild degenerative disc disease I have known for years i had scoliosis but taken me from 2017 to now and a change of Doctor surgery and docor in different area to finally get heard.
Could thoracic scoliosis and rib elevation cause chest discomfort? And yes I’ve had er visits and cardiologist appointment all test show the heart is fine. But when I look down my belly button goes to the left 1.5-2” my left clavicle and rib cage is elevated 7mm and my left hip is elevated 7.5mm
