That is so cool about the lightning and actually captured it on film. When Mt. Saint Helens erupted back in 1980 it also had lightning in the clouds of ash. Thank you for sharing and stay safe.

You can take a sterile gauze pad and wet it with warm water, squeeze out excess and wipe your cats eyes in a downward motion to remove the ash. Glad to hear better news regarding the Volcano my friend. Stay safe and thanks again.
Yes or saline solution used for contacys! just drizzled lightly in the eyes. My vet suggested this use when my dog got sprayed in the eyes by a skunk!

Actually the volcano “subsiding” is very bad news. It’s a false ending before the big eruption, and everyone needs to leave that island now.

Also groom her fur with a coat brush so she doesn’t lick all the ash when she washes herself? Cats love to be groomed! 😻
