La Palma volcano: Massive lava blocks tumble down mountain as molten rock cakes over island village

  • As blocks of lava tumbled down the Cumbre Vieja volcano - some as big as a house - red-hot lava streams hardened and caked over the village of La Laguna in Los Llanos de Aridane on Thursday on Spain's La Palma island.
Residents of La Laguna were evacuated Wednesday evening as the lava stream became dangerously close.
Since the first eruption began on Sept.19, rivers of red-hot lava have engulfed almost 800 hectares of land, destroying about 2,000 buildings and many banana plantations.
More than 6,000 people have had to leave their homes.

@@UncommonSense-wm5fd Denying the truth won’t change it. The Bible is not a myth or a fairy tale just because you say so. On the contrary, the Bible is the book of truth and all its prophecies are being fulfilled with 💯 accuracy. Check out Matthew 24:4-8. It describes our times perfectly. Jesus calls all these strange world events happening right now “birth pains.” You simply have no idea what you’re talking about. Have you ever read the Bible? Read it with an open mind and discover the truth for yourself. A good place for you to begin would be the book of John in the New Testament. You see, Jesus loves you more than you can ever imagine and he desires a personal relationship with you. Yes, YOU!!! You come here to mock him and ridicule Jesus but he’s waiting for you to become humble like a little child and reach out to him. You want to blame God for all the evils and disasters in this world but you’re not willing to look inside your own heart. Newsflash!!! We’re all born sinners in need of a Savior and that includes you too. Humbly ask Jesus to reveal himself to you and then watch and see what happens. John 3:16 is the simplicity of salvation. Believe what it says and call out to Jesus and you’ll be born again spiritually the moment you believe. Normal as we once knew it is not coming back because we’re living in the end times but Jesus is coming back soon. Time is short and no one is promised tomorrow. ⏳

Geologically speaking, the Island of La Pama may very well sink into the Atlantic Ocean. Due to the massive seismic pressure from the longed sustain volcanic activity on Island. Everyone should evacuate and just wait it out if my hypothesis is correct. It's highly probable, to say the least. Inshallah 🙏

Is this not the "Flood Vulcanism" we have been told is the most dangerous type of eruption?

Can somebody who knows how to operate a drone please take some aerial footage DURING THE DAY so we can get a realistic idea of what is happening on Las Palmas? Maybe the crew who took those GREAT drone shots of the volcano in Iceland can be persuaded to head south and fix this cinematographic mess.

There's a 24 hour live feed on RUclips from several media outlets including Reuters. At least 4 camera angles. You don't need a drone to see it all.

And the drones are used by Scientists only to get the needed info of the volcano so they can study it alongside the lava they take and the gases info.
You should be grateful they are sharing it with the rest of the world.

@@ChibitaMaora Oh, okay. Grateful it is. Thank you for pointing out my deficiencies as a human being. I had no idea. Please feel free to add any more astute observations as they come to you. Where would we all be without you?
