All the convention staff in the line were like, get your photo and move on there’s a big line don’t waste time with him. When it came to my photo with him as well as what I could see of others, he took the time to pause with us, grounding ourselves in the moment. Shook my hand and said how much he appreciated our/my attendance with him. Just a real wholesome experience.

My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough time to hear more of their thoughts on their experiences. Also, I did feel dumb at a certain point of their conversation lol but i think it’s mostly that they are actors and are on a different wavelength. They had me wanting to speak into depth about life with someone once it was over. I just love them *sighs*
Pedro has a light of his own. I cannot describe it but there is something about him that radiates comfort and humanity. He has a presence within a room and a strong resilience, one can tell. You can tell he has been there. I really hope life continues blessing him. He deserves it.

this was so so so lovely to watch 😭😭 the amount of gentle respect they have for each other is so grounding. and the fact that they were both at the same comic-cons back in the day!! really reminds of the times when both GoT and TWD were on top of everyone’s mind. incredible times, incredible actors♥️ so happy to see what they’ve both achieved in the last decade.
Well put! Same!
Pedro is just so adorable and personable. To be in his shoes and still be so sweet. So rare. You just got to adore him.
How did they get my only 2 celebrity crushes together, the collab i didn't think i needed
I never expected both of these guys to be in a room together. Hearing them talk made me realize how similar they are and it really suprised me
what a lovely conversation, i really couldn’t stop smiling at these two. they’re such wonderful souls.
Thanks for your loves and support it’s been a pleasure ❤and where are you from
Whoever paired these two knows what they’re doing damnit. These two are so genuine and likeable
Steven Yeun is incredibly articulate and cerebral with his questions and conversational methods, I'm super impressed, wow.
Man Steven is so well-spoken.
28:50 when Pedro graciously says-he doesn’t like to watch his acting coz he understands for himself that watching the end result of the project kinda takes away from his own experience/journey ❤ this convo is a blessing
Professionals speaking/showing more humanity & vulnerability than they’ve alrdy presented in their work ethic & acting is truly precious
They’re a beautiful duo & this convo is chefs 💋
We, as viewers, watch these performances and I think maybe don't realize or fully appreciate what it takes out of the actors to bring them to us, to MAKE us feel...I don't think I've ever cried so much as during The Last of Us, and not because a character died, but because of the performances and how it didn't feel like acting AT ALL.. It's Pedro's best work, and he deserved an Emmy for Narcos, too. Incredible talents.
You don't know how much I want Steven to play Mr Negative in the MCU.. His performance in burning sells it to me
yes!!
I feel like I just got to see the start of a beautiful bromance and I feel almost like I snuck into the room and watched a private conversation. This was really wonderful!
Thanks for your continuous love and support towards me ❤️❤
How long have you been a fan of mine?? ❤❤
I admire these two men so deeply, and to see them both be so incredibly humble, vulnerable, and relating to each other is just beyond. Kudos Variety, kudos.
We love them because they seem like nice guys. Just good, decent human beings. Ooh and that they’re both incredibly talented actors.
Steven looks sexy. His hair, style, the way he Carrie’s himself. I see some muscle there too👀
What a fantastic interview. To hear them using Bella’s pronoun correctly is also like hearing your favourite song for the first time. Had a great experience with Steven once at a convention.
😊😊❤😊😊😊❤
These men have no right being this handsome, this funny, and this sincere.
i have always admired Yuen. and i just realized that Pascal is so eloquent. His feelings and emotions are well delivered! Yuen can immediately relates. Both are amazing and kind actors.
Thats the best interview ive seen in decades. Wish there could be another session with these two to talk about more of the things they didnt get to.
variety knew exactly what they were doing when they paired these two. i haven't been this excited for an interview before!!
I know they're a decade apart in age, but I can totally see them being besties who get together every now and then to have thoughtful discourse and get each other's opinions on important life decisions. I'd love that for them lol
Steven is legitimately the best working actor today
His performance in Burning might be my favourite performance ever
Easy
@@tipofmytoes so true. yet sadly i bet only 10% of the people have seen it
100%
one of the best for sure, Burning is a masterpiece. that and Minari really solidified him as one of my favorites
One of the best pairings of all time. They love the process and they’re just incredibly curious. They take the work seriously but not themselves, this was brilliant. Like watching two craftsmen on the cusp of mastery swap notes
2 masterful actors. Beef was so good and the last of us show was way better than I thought I’d be. Both actors deliver exceptional performances.
I really enjoyed Beef
Besides them being extremely high quality actors, fascinating and attractive human beings - what a sweet bromance, so heartwarming to watch :)
The fact that the spit take did not have Pedro angry and instead shocked and guilty, that's crazy, and awww what a soul.
And imagine spitting at someone’s car and then realizing it’s Pedro pascal 🤣
@@JulieAronson that too. I would never. Lol. I would immediately profusely apologize and bring a shining cloth over haha
I like both of these gents. They seem like artists and men of substance, humor and depth. Kudos on both career trajectories. The best is yet to come!
Such a huge of Steven Yeun. He’s an incredible actor, can’t recommend Burning enough if you want to see a great performance of his
My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough time to hear more of their thoughts on their experiences. Also, I did feel dumb at a certain point of their conversation lol but i think it’s mostly that they are actors and are on a different wavelength. They had me wanting to speak into depth about life with someone once it was over. I just love them *sighs*
i love the honesty in your comment!
Thanks for your loves and supports it’s been a pleasure ❤ and where are you from

I could listen to these two talk for hours. Just felt like a genuine conversation.
this pair makes complete sense, their vibe as people are so in sync and i love them both
Patiently waiting for either Steven or Pedro to be crowned as People Magazine's sexiest man alive
This was beautiful, I feel like we just watched 2 people become good friends in front of our eyes.
Seeing two talented actors being so humble and kind to each other is amazing.
*swoons* & *passes out*
two men who are absolute chef's kiss in all ways.
a note to all men: be more like Pedro & Steven.
Knowing how Joel and Glenn both end up,this pairing is perfect
The golf club and the baseball bat
Thank you to the person who put these two talent actors in a room together. Incredible conversation! Love both so much
two of the most likable and talented people in one room interviewing each other, love it
2 selfless, hilarious, humble & vulnerable men! This is my favorite pairing in a long time!
Pedro has a light of his own. I cannot describe it but there is something about him that radiates comfort and humanity. He has a presence within a room and a strong resilience, one can tell. You can tell he has been there.
I really hope life continues blessing him. He deserves it.
I felt the chemistry between both from the very beginning of the interview. The understanding, the experiences both had in their past, doing what they love to do. I know a lot of us want a movie, where both of this gems and beautiful souls play together, and I couldn‘t agree more after watching this interview.
*Make it happen* 😄
What an inspirational moment this was … 🙏🏽
It is so nice and fulfilling watching actors have truthful conversations about their works and how they appreciate one another *for* their works, I don't know it just cheers my day.
Whoever is pairing these Actors on Actors as of late truly needs a raise...I have not been this involved nor excited about the pairings because just like this is another one I thought I would not have known that I needed...
2 of my favorite actors of all time
They need to do a part 2 with Pedro and Steven. They have so much more to talk about.
This interview is filled with kindness. We need more of that.
If you haven't seen Burning (2018) yet, it is probably Steven Yeun's best performance. Such a hypnotic performance!
This is the best Actors on Actors ever! Amazing connection and respect between both people. We need more!
Probably the best Actors on Actors episode! The perfect pairing! Their conversion is so deep but also has its light hearted moments. I wish it was longer.
So tender hearted, smart and wholesome. Nice
