i got these same red ones but not adjustable dampening for my is300. Mine actually ride and handle good. Same thing with the height though. The fronts are maxed out and not super low but the rear is capable of going way way lower
Should I be worrried about changing the rear coils and getting injured at all? My dad says I shouldn’t do it at home cuz it’s dangerous but it doesn’t seem that dangerous idk
@@steinfabgarage I just got a Subaru Forester with a jdm ej20 swap. I said I wasn't gonna dog this one out. I've dogged it every fucking day. I said I was gonna put a 2" lift and big tires on it and focus on utility. Its in the process of being lowered 😂 Fucking way she goes
@@wootdoo 05+ subies are cake in the bay. I will say doing the injectors on the ms6 I definitely questioned some engineering choices. Mines been hella reliable for the 11k miles I’ve had it. Injector seals and an oil pan (stupid low car 😂) so hopefully I don’t have to find out. Like I’ll cry if the t case goes f that
@@steinfabgarage my buddy with a 3 had issues with the turbo inlet. No matter which brand he got the injectors always ended up rubbing a hole in it and that same injector needed replacing multiple times. My other buddy with the older speed 3 is on his 2nd full rebuild. My 04 has no room. Granted the fozzy had more room than the wrx at least but still cramped. Whatever. Rumble go brrrrrr
I bought a set of coilovers for a gen 2 subaru liberty, they where thousand times better than stock, thing drove like it was on rails, nice an stiff. This could just be bad quality control or bad design for the mazda. Hit or miss i feel with anything this cheap.
You ever have any good coilovers? There an upgrade over stock, but it’s all subjective if you haven’t had a good set I got 3 sets of Powered By MAX, 1 set of DMax, 1 set of D2, and 1 set of BC racing on cars in my yard. There all Infinitely better that the Maxspeedingrod coils
@ I ended up taking the rear adjustable shocks out and putting in the standard shocks .. much smoother and sits a lot lower but surprisingly better riding .. left the front for now untill I purchase some decent ones
Should of just cut a coil off the stock springs and been done, it still woulda rode like shit but you would still have the bread you spent on the coil overs in your pocket.
