- I finally finished the Hope collage. There were a lot of steps to get me there but it's worth it. I'm very happy with the results. This is part 3 of creating this 12x36 inch collage that includes fabric mosaic, gel paper collage and copper leaf. In this series of videos you will learn multiple techniques and see how I pull together an inspirational collage.

Hi Susan, I have been watching a lot of your videos. I love the printable cloth. I was wondering about the ‘Hope’ script in this one. Is this something you printed yourself, or is there a site I can visit that has similar things to print? Thank you for sharing so much about you beautiful art.
I printed it myself with my inkjet printer. I created the document with the phrases in photoshop and then just printed to the paper. You could also just print to paper and use that.
Why did you run the stencil over the blue/green fabric towards the bottom of the piece? Looks great!
It was a last minute decision. I thought it would look better.
What printer are you using? Mine is old and I am shopping around …thank you
I have a Canon Pixma Pro-100. The inks are better than the smaller ones and I can make 13x19 prints with it or 8.5x11. I think it's already old too. Not sure they still make it. But I would suggest a Canon Inkjet with more than 4 inks. Mine has 8 inks. I got it for less than $300 a few years ago.
So, you never overlap your shapes?
If you mean on the fabric mosaic, no I do not. Because it is meant to mimic a tile mosaic. But when I working with collage papers I overlap.
