Thanks Greg. Very exciting day for me today as my 7 kW Trina solar system, Fronius inverter, Tesla Powerwall and Wattpilot 22 Go all arrived and are being installed over the next couple of days. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for my Polestar 2 delivery after SeaLink quoted them $4000 for the ferry! I may need to go to Adelaide for the handover… anyway, very exciting news tonight of the BYD Seal price. I hope BYD takes a big chunk out of Tesla sales and we see a more diverse EV world.
I must admit I've a bit confused on why they charge so much for all the services, considering all they're really doing is a quick check over of the vehicle - apart from some minor parts replacements (air filters, etc.) Tesla doesn't have any official service requirements per se, at least not like BYD's. so curious on why BYD needs one.
exactly. at first I thought they were monitoring the vehicle for oz conditions but no a 16yo friend of my son has got a byd service job via target he has no mechanical experience he just ticks the boxes on a simple form tops up the washer tank and cleans the windscreen its just a scam that will come back to bite them when the knowledge becomes more mainstream hopefully !!! @@johnlambert1744
Looked like a fun day, especially those ice creams 😉
It was!
Just had a drive of what i believe to be the 1st BYD Atto3 in Corrigin. I loved it the car is quiet and very easy to drive.
Thanks for sharing!
