I agree with you, fuck those making fun of counting. That training is very hard and also costly. It feels like there is fire in your belly and also it feels that you are going to die in few seconds while doing that exercise and you forget your count also in such pain.

The one who r making fun of his counting. Let me tell you guys this is psychology , if he counts normally from 1 to 100, this trainers will get tired soon. Thats why he kept repeating from 1 to 20 and so on.
For your body to lose fat ,it's important to be in a caloric deficit , this video is totally shit they are only training abdomen, you should be in a caloric deficit and should perform all types of compound movements!!!
Excellent work out, these kind of work outs should be inculcated in schools but as we are a cricketing nation we adopt easy methods like yoga which does not enhance physical abilities.All schools in India should have these defence background physical trainers to regularly carry out physical training so the guys dont turn out into sissies and girls to are toughened.
