      Bhai ye depend karta hai body fat percentage me. Mera body me fat kam tha isliye results quick hai. But generally minimum 3-4 months lagte hai 6 packs aane me.

    Sir apne jo abs ke liye exercise btai hai 3 din hue shuru kiye hue or sir effective lg rhi hai exercise stamina bhi bd rha hai pehle 1100 metre hi dod pate they nonstop 3 din mai sir 2km ho gya nonstop thank u so much for this highly effective exercise ❤️🙏🇮🇳

    Well!.... Me sabhi se kehna chahunga k he is a good trainer, coach, teacher. I have seen his videos and me keh sakta hu k aap inki baat par yakeen kar sakte ho... Qk har trainer, teacher asa nahi hota jin pr aap yakeen kr sako.... But mene inki videos dekhi hain, smjha h mene k kya keh rhe hn ye us basis par me keh rha hoon k achche hain ye....

      I agree with you, fuck those making fun of counting. That training is very hard and also costly. It feels like there is fire in your belly and also it feels that you are going to die in few seconds while doing that exercise and you forget your count also in such pain.

    Not only belly but other parts belly is the last stubborn thing to reduce, but these excersise looks very easy but it really make the heart work, hence its seems to be very effective, very good Desi cardio

    Let me tell you guys this is psychology , if he counts normally from 1 to 100, this trainers will get tired soon.

      For your body to lose fat ,it's important to be in a caloric deficit , this video is totally shit they are only training abdomen, you should be in a caloric deficit and should perform all types of compound movements!!!

    Excellent work out, these kind of work outs should be inculcated in schools but as we are a cricketing nation we adopt easy methods like yoga which does not enhance physical abilities.All schools in India should have these defence background physical trainers to regularly carry out physical training so the guys dont turn out into sissies and girls to are toughened. Good job man keep it up.
