From my personal experience, middle aged black women are some of the best drivers. Typically they are past the drama stage, have lived life and are serious about their craft. Confident, competent and careful. They don’t mess around and don’t put up with nonsense.
You are correct. Middle age WOMAN period are some of the best drivers! Drove otr from age 45 until I retired at 60. We know who we are, we don't mess around & we certainly do not put up with nonsense. I was treated very well by my company, my co-workers & my shippers & receivers. I was proud to have earned the respect I received. My years on the road where some of the best years of my life.

I don't think I could do all of that! Loading, getting it set right for good weight distribution on the trailer. I guess having accurate trailer scales or pressure readings is a must for oversized loads when there isn't a CAT Scale close by. I don't always trust our load scales, so I still go over a CAT Scale when I'm in question about my weight! I had to do that Friday, when I accidentally put on too much fuel. But after going across the CAT scale, I was still ok with weight! Power to you! And to those HATERS, work harder, and someday you may own a PETERBILT too!
