Crazy Camry! Don't see PCM failures too often on Asian cars...except Nissan trucks LOL I've seen one Corolla bad PCM after it sat for months...was definitely hesitant to call the PCM but the data doesn't lie!
This was my first time on this age Camry finding a bad computer, I guess that's why they were $18 on eBay. I was really not confident it was the problem, that's why I checked it on the bench.
If you connect the Godiag to the ECM and the blue LEDs from pin 6 and pin 14 aren't flashing, you do not need to check it anymore. It is simply dead. On some GM ECM models, you have to connect the accessory pin to 12V also on the bench. Nice video by the way.

Can you do a little video explaining the little jumper tool from Jarhead diagnostics and what its purposes? Thanks brother. And is it a Toyota thing or work on all vehicles?
I'll make a video later, It's pretty much just a jumper for pn 13 to pin 4 on the DLC. It is for Toyota and Lexus. When you leave those pins Jumped it syncs the Immo of the car with the Module that was replaced.
Super job dude! Helped me find the problem with my girls 04 Camry simple fuses n shit. Was having the same cranking no start. But what’s the coolent puddle at the bottom of the engine on ur vid there about 5 mins into video

The only part got confused on is when you said that the control side of the relay that turns on first EFI2 is coming from the computer, then why further checks if the constant and ignition powers and grounds and comm to pcm are good? That should be enough to call a computer?
You are correct, I was getting thrown off by the clicking in the fuse box and the aftermarket wiring. Also I've never seen a bad computer on this year camry.
If your using it for on the bench work it's fantastic. If you want to use it as a regular break out box in the vehicle, it's a little cumbersome for that. I would use a cheap amazon one for that.
