I have follow the program 3 times in 4 years. Everytime I lost 12-15 kg in 3 months.
Although, I used to gain weight once I quit the diet and gym. So, I had to start over again lol.

Completed day 1 of workout today. The workout just took 40 mins. I was sweating a lot. Started from weight 66.3 kg on 12/10/22.
