Beyond Measure I follow all the guru mann program... yes I do cardio on alternate days 20 min trade mill or stable cycle and 10 min rope skipping in morning for better result ... but diet is the major factor and then rest so carry all package in mind and push yourself beyond the limit... stay motivated and stay focused result will definitely touch your feet’s

Oh I use to think lot of cardio , I will loose lot of muscles . I do 15 to 20 min fast cardio before my workout n follow up by 15 min slow cardio. Now I will try to put more cardio in my training. Thank u sir for the knowledge. Always greatful....one of ur biggest fan
