Hi sir, I'm following you since 5-6 years, I'm one of your big fans. Deep respect for you... But I hve read so many books n researches which states that fasting cardio is really bad for our health.
Pls shed some light on this.

Finally... A person who atleast read something.. Guruji's information on this topic is wrong... That being said.., fasted cardio is not BAD for our health. There are researches that states that it may decrease performance.. and people who does fasted cardio also tend to eat more calories overall.... But even that is very small and not significant...
However.., fasted cardio doesn't provide any additional benefits compared to fed state cardio.. there is no proof yet.. your caloric deficit matters more... Not nutrient timing..

2- how many times we can do in a week.
20 min empty stomach cardio is enough… and after eating meal then go for 1 hour weight training
