I am thinking barbell behind the neck upright row excercise is putting strain on rotator calf. I have done research online on how to do it properly and i have improved my form(since 3rd week)too but still shoulder hurts. What do you say? Should i do military press instead.

vivek singh you’re obese man... I suggest you cut first to 80 and start working out muscles but it’s up to you if you able to lift it’s fine. When you’re leaner you can easily see results and progress as if you workout now it will be hard especially you need cardio it means extra meals to grow. I’m curious on how you’re doing now after 1 year man!
