Actually i am a college student and started my exercises in 2015. I used to take breaks in between due to my exams. And recently in april I had my wrist injury and rejoined gym after 2 and half months. So can i also follow this program.

is anybody here who is able to complete these workout routines without collapsing 😂😂 i m hitting gym on nd off from two years. today i tried arms workout just to check if it really works and guess what, just able to complete the arms routine and nearly collapsed in the end. nothing left to do cardio or train abs, hell of a routine. just wondering how training big muscles will go but i am going to follow this routine for sure. big thanks to u ustaad ji #guru_mann
