These skinks are snail eaters. Most of the problems with them in captivity are due to a wrong diet. You CAN supplement OCCASIONALLY with other food items, but most of their diet should be snails. By the way the difference in their coloration is due only to age, not to any morphs. The younger ones are still light and stripy, older ones getting darker. And you should see newborns, they are just awesome.
OMG I want some blue and pink tongue Skinks their Absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing Manny and thanks for the great care tips as well. I always learn something new here. Keep up the great and amazing work!! Love y'all and stay safe and healthy!! I'm second for the first time LOL.
Love these guys! They seem similar to the emerald green tree skinks, which are super fun to watch. Have you ever thought about breeding them as well? They are starting to become very popular in the hobby, but its hard to find CB babies, I would definitely be interested if you guys bred them!
oh wow I totally thought you had acrylics on not that it would be bad or anything 🤷♀️ just observing. I have never owned or even held a skink they look absolutely phenomenal though!
So nice to see them taken out of those miserable little boxes and into a proper tree for them move around, and thanks for the video! Barely anyone talks about pink tongue skinks
A lot of times Savannahs can't get fully tame or tolerate being touched/held. They are not a great pet for the most part. I'm not saying it can't be done but, it is a difficult task with those monitors. That is why a lot of people end up ditching them because they don't realize what they got themselves into till they are fully grown and still haven't been able to be tamed.
i keep my baby in an exo terra medium wide (60x45x45) n will probs move into a 90 x 45 x 60cm at least when they're older - would def say this is too small

It doesn't appear to me like you guys are quarantining your reptiles, this is just based off of the fact that you put all of your new skinks together and in side-by-side cages with each other, along with putting them right next to the cages of other reptiles who have screen doors. I don't know the context of the setup or why you're doing that, or if the skinks were kept all together from what I can assume are the breeders, but it makes me concerned for your animals safety and the least you could do is give the cages more distance from each other, especially the ones with the screen doors. It's not appealing to a customer to see set up like that and it definitely doesn't make me want to buy from you. This isn't meant to be a harsh criticism, but a genuine concern for the animals safety and an observation.
Great video. But my personal opinion are, that the set up is to small. And they don't eat the same as the blue tongue. They have more protein in there diet. And most af there diet will be snails.
You guys obviously don't read your comments. The music you have in the background which is the same music you have in all your videos is so bad I simply cannot watch and I want to watch I love you guys! PLEASE PLEASE remove the music during your videos ESPECIALLY that song OMG it's like a nail through my head and others have agreed with me, those that agree with me give this comment a thumbs up so they will see it, its literally ruining their videos
You guys have great videos, but I will never buy from you. You can guarantee that if you can find it elsewhere for $200, you guys are going to charge $400 to $600 :-/ I have seen you guys get super aggressive when challenged, which indicates that even you know it's baseless. I admire your proactive attitude, and I see that you care about your animals. All great. You can probably get away with charging what you do because of your aggressive social media presence, so I am sure that it's good for business, but it's not good for the hobby. If you make reptiles less accessible, people will know less about them, have fewer positive experiences, and it will lead to more laws like the current Florida reptile statutes.
@@jaykrizzle Not mad. More power to them. If it helps them give these marvelous animals what they need to thrive, so be it. I simply don't have the resources to support them. That isn't their fault.

Mine just eats snails, i tried roaches, crickes, worms, dog and cat food but it dosent eat it.
Snails are what they're supposed to eat anyways so I'd consider it a perfectly good diet 🤷
Where can I purchase some from? Definitely wanna get pointed in the right direction
Will you have a waiting list for possible offspring for the Pinks
I think I’m going to get one of these. They look awesome!
I’m looking for a pink tongue but haven’t had any luck

Hi manny I have a question for you guys how do I stop my Savannah monitor from tail whipping me and hissing at me and biting me

how big does there enclosure needs to be?
4x2x2 for losers 4x2x4 for people who want the lizard to have a spacious happy life
What size tank do they need?

@empty What type of tank is in this video?
Chewy99 hard to tell maybe a medium tall Exo Terra? But it looks smaller than my one baby’s tank so,,,
Wait… we don’t export these it’s illegal… how’d you get these
It might just be illegal where you live
It’s just like how I can’t get a corn snake because it’s illegal in Georgia as it is native to Georgia
Not this background song again pls
