Hi Bharati, wow, u have done some difficult poses morning streches to warm up all the day,hats off, but i felt some exercises are problems to create while they r doing by elders, my request is show better and useful yoga and exercises also to seniors eliminating some exercises and including some exercises which are give a daily big pain relief to them like low back, thighs, leg calves, upper back etc , to do their routine work adding easy yoga, i hope u will upload a separate video exclusively for seniors , thanks, narration is clear
