I got a nice new mat & working on getting a block. It’s changed my life. Seriously. Everyone else was too intense for me. I like how calming your videos are & how stretching is a big part of this practice because with my job as a dog groomer, it tears my body apart & these videos always put me in pure bliss. Also with someone suffering with ocd & anxiety it gives me a chance to let my brain take a break from my thoughts. & practice breathing & being in the moment. It’s a wonderful practice you teach. I love starting my day with your yoga stretches. However, this one in particular seemed a bit rushed. I really enjoy when you take your time, leading the yoga stretches with a decent amount of time in between each set. Thank you for sharing.

I need to add it to classes more often. Its a staple in my personal practice. Very stimming and such a great way to release any uncertainty and really be ready for the day ahead. I also do it at night too! Helps with blood circulation and restless limbs ❤️
