  • Making a cake should not be such a complex task, you just have to apply the correct technique, and that is why I decided to show a detailed step-by-step of the preparation. This recipe is from my grandmother and although it shares all the ingredients of a traditional vanilla sponge cake, it includes a secret one that enhances its flavor and aroma.

    Ingredients:
    - 250 grams of butter or margarine without salt.
    - 250 grams of sugar.
    - 5 grams of vanilla essence (1 tsp.)
    - 2 grams of butter essence (1/2 tsp.)
    - 250 - 260 grams of eggs (4 - 5 approximately)
    - 250 milliliters of whole milk.
    - 485 grams of All-purpose flour.
    - 15 grams of baking powder.
    Decoration and filling:
    - 1kg. of Dulce de leche.
