    If I can't make it to GX class Les Mills Body Pump, I can do this video at home! I am not surprised that there are no breaks it is only 30 minutes and there is little to no breaks in a regular 50 minutes to one hour Body Pump class. Thanks THEGYMBOX & Dana I appreciate your channel!

    10 to 20 pounds?! Are you guys counting the weight of the bar too (which is usually five pounds). I’m struggling and starting to sweat with 5 pound weights with a 5 pound bar!

    Excellent barbell workout! It's become my 30 minutes morning routine when I can't make it to the gym (turns out I'm liking this better!). I absolutely appreciate how you put emphasis on FORM. I have back pain on and off and I began heavy weight lifting for about 9 months and the difference is outstanding, when I feel tense or stiff I workout/stretch/yoga and it helps but weight lifting makes a huge difference! Thank you so much for posting this, you've helped me immensely!!! 💪😃

    This looks like a great workout but I think for beginners, there should be some rest periods. It is too much to do in one go especially if you have health issues.
