That's the same thing I thought. I know its kinda subjective to your personal strength but there should be some formula for you to know how to adjust to your needs....lol
What I would wish is for the weight instruction like you have done and then a run through of doing them all together back to back. That way if you wanted to follow it while exercising it would be more fluid as a routine
