    What program should I be doing for loss?? Yoga,aerobics exercises or machine exercises??

      diet, cardio and weight training. with cardio its a good idea to work with "sprints"not just running but the general idea if shirt bursts of extreme effort on whatever cardio exercise you choose.

      That's the same thing I thought. I know its kinda subjective to your personal strength but there should be some formula for you to know how to adjust to your needs....lol

      What I would wish is for the weight instruction like you have done and then a run through of doing them all together back to back. That way if you wanted to follow it while exercising it would be more fluid as a routine

    I am good until the lunges, so I just do squats since I just can't balance myself and get down on the knee that way. Like this, thank you

    You take too long to show each move
