    To talk and do those exercises is mastery ; I did my squats today after loooong time and I literally in bed wobbly; I feel my muscles are all over the place. You are such an inspiration!

      @Mankofit You're very welcome! At 19 I found out that I have high blood pressure. I kept getting sick (acid reflux) and didn't know why. My blood pressure was being triggered by the food I was consuming. So I decided to start eating better & figured exercise would definitely help lower my numbers & keep me healthy. I also grew up not eating clean & seeing family become sick due to lack of knowledge on exercise & good nutrition. I just want to be the best version of myself and help others do the same 💗

      Like a Charlie horse? Electrolytes so you’re hydrated if the cramp is due to mineral depletion.

    The work out can be good but it is hard to watch you and do tge work outs with tge changes so fast. You need a timer to help us keep up with you.
