@Mankofit You're very welcome! At 19 I found out that I have high blood pressure. I kept getting sick (acid reflux) and didn't know why. My blood pressure was being triggered by the food I was consuming. So I decided to start eating better & figured exercise would definitely help lower my numbers & keep me healthy. I also grew up not eating clean & seeing family become sick due to lack of knowledge on exercise & good nutrition. I just want to be the best version of myself and help others do the same 💗

Like a Charlie horse? Electrolytes so you’re hydrated if the cramp is due to mineral depletion.
