    THIS is my morning routine. Occasionally I go to "Let's move" for variety but ALWAYS come back for your stretch at the end. Nothing like it. Thanks Jenni for keeping this 69 year old body young!

    This was a perfect full body strength workout! I will definitely do it again. I really love this trainer. Now I just need a bar!

    Hello Jenni...wow !! where were you all my life ? Finally a workout for my 60 year old body ! I was able to follow your treadmill exercise till I reached the 24 minutes ,,then I died.. but I have a 20 year old Trimline treadmill . It does the job great but has no indication of the incline , only the speed and calories ..is there a way I can measure what a 2 or 3 % incline is ? Anyone who could answer me would be great.. See you tomorrow !

    i love these workouts can someone tell me does weight lifting help you to loose weight also or do you just build mucsle only?

    Why haven't you posted in over a year? Please come back. Extreme cardio helped me lose so much weight. And yes, I pay for the app as well but I love the RUclips videos!
