Big hugs, Jorma and wonderful Vanessa! Thank you both and John, Myron, Izzy, and everyone who makes these concerts possible! My husband and I have caught every one of them!
Gee, am I going to miss these concerts when, as they must, come to an end. I think I should get hold of the Guinness Book of Records and enter Jorma for this run of quarintine shows. An acknowledgement is certainly required. Thanks again Jorma, Vanessa and the Crew
Quarantine Concert # 43 took the series to a new peak and just keeps getting better. Jorma played an exquisite "Oh Lord Search My Heart" tonight! What a show!
Almost missed this show live but ended up only being about 15 minutes late. So I still sort of have a perfect record for 43 shows. Who would ever have thought such a thing would happen to us and from out of those ashes would rise the experience that will forever be unequalled and never forgotten.
Good mornin' from here in the deep South ! Could wait to get up and catch the beautiful flow of music . I'm Knockin' on Heaven's Door at this moment . I think Bob would love this . It may be slow but I could never go from that . It's definitely one of those songs , very moving to the soul .
My most important albums of all time are First Pull Up (Electric Hot Tuna) ,Santanas First Album, and Abbey Road by the Beatles. These albums opened my eyes to all music. Comment please from Jorma and Jack!!
When this Covid crap is all over I hope that Hot Tuna could make a trip to either Reno or Carson City (Maybe the Carson Valley Inn?) I would be there in the front row and I'd bring a guitar so I could play along ;)
Jorma and Vanessa said they would be on the chat tonight. They said it at the beginning of the show when they were explaining the show was pre-recorded.
It was a nickname given folk singer Fred Neil by Grace Slick. She said he looked like Winnie the Pooh. The Jefferson Airplane considered Neil a major influence.

A question. Where did the name Pooneil come from?
Show isn’t live tonight pal

I have no problem with y'all wanting to generate dinero but the way you dropped the commercial breaks in was kinda clumsy. Thanks for the music.
what kind of tuner does Jorma use?
Looks like a TC Electronic Polytune
If you didn't change strings constantly you wouldn't have to tune so much... but what do I know, Ive got a tin ear
Sorry man didn’t mean to hit thumbs down!
