MERCI BEAUCOUP Jorma , Jack, Vanessa, what an amazing gift.
I had a dream last night, met and spoke with Jorma, Tuna was playing at an adobe mission in Arizona - inside the place was a fluorescent green double decker bus, audience seated in the lower level. Band was doing a sound check up above. I asked Grace Slick, "Where can we get the direct impact?" She mumbled some sort of acknowledgement and climbed up a ladder thru the hatch to the upper level, I followed

@John Heckert This is what Vanessa has been waiting for! Freedom to play outdoors for a sizeable audience. Her days of working so hard to provide weekly entertainment for everybody during the pandemic is finally over! No more indoor, no audience, masked performers type of shows. She is in rather good spirits this evening. Did you notice that she almost broke down in tears from her happiness. I think under the circumstances, she contained herself rather well. She certainly is an extrovert that has always been obvious. I would cut her a break and not complain if it were me.

And just when I thought I couldn't love Jack any more, I learn that he's a fan of "The Last Man ON EARTH," one of my favorite Uncle Vinny movies! Anyway, thanks as always for yet another wonderful evening of music and conversation. I've loved all 50 of these shows. @Sandy Ferber From one Sci-fi guy to another is " The Last Man ON EARTH " a good movie? I scrolled through it on one of my apps. and pressed OK, but for some reason decided not to watch it. It was either an old 3x4 format that didn't fill my screen, or the description sounded as if it were something that I might not enjoy. What can you tell me? If this is the last time we ever make contact, I wish you health and happiness ( and if you win the lottery remember me)!

I don't know if I ever heard them do it live...perhaps in Massachusetts. However, a friend of mine recently posed a question to Jorma about just where and how and why... etc for Sunny Day and Jorma's response was that it was really...just a jam session. I think the song as we hear it on Burgers, is mightily produced and so may be difficult to play live (nowadays anyway) plus I don't think it would really come off all that well if not played electric...
