This is a natural real, Feeling whole.😊 Smiles all around here, one can feel it. Wooden music and Acoustic Tuna. Tap into the vault…and your hangups will go away…A purpose they serve wholeheartedly. Cool sensible beans. A great “Shepherd” here!
Wow, it’s been too long since Jack graced us with his presence. I know this is three years ago and of course he has played at the ranch since then but still, weeks and weeks have passed. Jorma has been brilliant playing solo, but with Jack? It’s a whole other ball game, his bass playing adds so much to the overall experience. Those little complementary touches he adds to Jormas playing, the simple and understated use of octaves is so much a part of his sound, and of Hot Tuna. I love the acoustic stuff.
Hot Tuna has been and continues to be the soundtrack of my life. I listen to everything--from Gid Tanner & the Skillet Lickers or John Coltrane to Kayne West, Kendrick Lamar or Billie Eilish. All good. But if my soul needs healing, its Tuna.
SO TRUE,THANKS SO MUCH JORMA AND JACK,WHAT GREAT MUSICIANS THE BOTH OF YOU ARE,AND JOHN H. ALSO,IT,S SO MUCH PLEASURE TO LISTEN TO YOU BOTH TOGETHER. HOT TUNA LIVEs ON 🐟😎🎸🔊🎶☮️🎼BOB.
HEY JORMA N JACK, I'VE LOVED YOU GUYS SINCE I WAS 10 YEARS OLD! WHEN I FIRST STARTED LISTENING TO MUSIC IN THE 60s. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE YEARS OF THE AWESOME ELECTRIC AND ACOUSTIC TUNES YOU'VE GIVEN US! ♥️
Love to you Jorma. When I heard your acid lead for the first time in 67 , it stood out as your own signature .No one else could feel or see things that way,And adding to that, finding that you are also steeped in tradition , completes the whole arc of being.I hope you read this , because I would be mute ,awestruck in admiration , should I ever stand before you.
Grateful I got to see you two gents in Iowa City not too many years back. Hope it was good for you, too. Thanks for these Saturday night shows. I dress up for them..not really. 😉

Just thinking how BBQ King would or could be a great heavy electric number. I know Jorma's been doing many electric tunes as acoustic versions throughout the pandemic shows. Maybe do something the other way around?

This is the 8th show labeled 'Quarantine Vault' but #7 included separate performances from Hubby Jenkins and Magic Dick with Shun Ng. I think they are calling that one #7 and #8. Both were great performances by the way.
This is a really late post to this video, because I missed it live; but it could apply to any Jorma and Jack performance; and I should have said it sooner; Jack doesn't play bass, he plays another guitar, sometime rhythm, sometimes lead, but it certainy isn't just bass. Love it, Jack!
That night in jersey. Gold tooth shining 😂😂 as you were eletrical on stage/ next to jack nice 🎉🎉
This set has to be one of the top 10 of the inside Quarantine Shows, have fun finding them. Some forty eight…😊

What's the title of the song between "Good shepherd" and "Come back baby" ? Thank you. And as long as the guitar and the bass play, I'm happy...

Anybody know where Quarantine Vault #8 is? I don't see it on the video page.

Sorry that's not quarantine
This is the 8th show labeled 'Quarantine Vault' but #7 included separate performances from Hubby Jenkins and Magic Dick with Shun Ng. I think they are calling that one #7 and #8.
Both were great performances by the way.
Then again #6 had both Hubby Jenkins and Peter Rowan and that had only 1 number so I don't know.
Again, 2 great performances.
Yeah, I know.....I should see the other guys.......

And if BBQ KIng were done in a heavy electric mode, it would become po[pular, and then be deemed racist and banned from utube.
