Ashtanga Inspired Yoga | Morning Flow With Intermediate Binds

- This 20 minute Ashtanga inspired intermediate yoga class will start your day perfectly and challenge your practice to help advance to a new level.
While remaining with your conscious breath & awareness through each movement, this morning yoga class will start out with an Ashtanga Surya Namaskar B sun salutation to get the body moving. Then the practice will move through many variations of yogic squats, forward folds, inversions, and more to stimulate and wake-up your body. This intermediate yoga flow will involve many binds to boost your digestive system, increase your metabolism, and get you ready to start your day.
Remember to be patient with your body and never force any posture. This is an intermediate yoga class that is for anyone that wants to advance their yoga asanas and challenge their body in a different way. Remember to use your Ujayi breathing to keep the mind and body steady and focused. Releasing all the toxins and negativity with each breath.

Juliana thank you for your channel. My wife and I have been practicing with your videos for a few years. We started to notice that our pomeranian Toulouse loved listening to your voice and watching us do the forms. We started to call it "the human show" because he would always make sure to watch us, relax to your voice, and wink at us as we saw him behind us in our downward dogs. Today was his last day. We all needed a way to relax and be in the present. He loved watching "the human show" one more time, and it helped us as we gave him a peaceful and loving send-off after 14 years.
OH my goodness! This is the first time I have ever been able to do the Lotus posture. And all because of you! I practice your yoga videos daily. My practice has taken me to so many new levels because of you. I can now do the splits too, the actual splits!! I am so flexible now, and my body craves it. I NEED yoga. My body has changed drastically and it is all thanks to your channel. You are amazing, thank you for all that you do. You change so many of our lives every single day.

Amazing flow! I did lotus today after 6 months of recovery from a knee injury.
I could not even cross my legs when I started my practice 6 months ago from a major or running injury and never thought I’d get lotus again.

I've never tried lotus posture upside down or rightside up! How exciting that I could do it! Not the full lotus w/ the arms, but still! I lifted myself up by making fists...it didn't last long but stil - progress!!!

Was so excited when I saw you had uploaded! The only you tube channel I care about. I have completed day 2 of cardio challenge (but I’m doing it slightly differently by doing it twice through from the start). It has been so tough I was pouring with sweat but wow did it feel good afterwards. To be tired in a good healthy way. I am on week 7 of healthy exercise and eating (I completed abs, legs and glutes challenges now on cardio). My skin looks younger and more radiant and the cellulite has disappeared off the back and front of my legs. I am already slim but have areas carrying stubborn skinny fat if that makes sense. But I’ve noticed such a difference in my body it’s amazing. Can’t wait to try this workout! The mist rising off those hills is truly breathtaking . I am moving house soon and will have a garden for the first time. I can’t wait to do my yoga outside in nature. You are both so inspiring thanks for all you do. Love and light 🌱

This is one of the first times I tried to challenge myself and do more advanced postures and binds. I was surprised how I could actually do it without forcing anything! The results show. I cannot spend a day now without doing at least a little bit of yoga. Thank you so much for bringing so much positivity and light into my life! You are such an inspiration.

Love this class! Can we get more intermediate classes please! However, having the plough asana in a morning flow seems strange simply because I have always thought it was better later on in the day due to the spine has been lubricated more.
