I don’t worry too much about getting my teardrop level as long as my head is higher than my feet while sleeping. I’ve even cooked on some good slants. All is good.
Yes. That was a must have for me after this video. Do you habe link for credit? I've been wrapping mine in plastic shower caps from Dollar Tree. It works good, but I have to bring them inside.
Hi Barb, I bought it at Hobby Lobby but here is something similar on Amazon if you prefer. I would measure the size of your boots first to make sure they will fit :) amzn.to/43DzJwZ
Love watching your fall/winter trips. Lets us live through your videos. Just told my wife how much we miss our trips unfortunately a tornado wiped out our camper so we’re going to end up getting a Teardrop now I believe. Keep up the good work and videos. Thank you!!
Your videos have some of the best "B roll" scenes of all the camping channels I've visited... (even the unintentional shots, such as the tree trimming with the drone at about 7:18 in this one!) More gear reviews would be great! Perhaps also some videos with planning tips and reviews of the apps and other resources you use to decide where to go and how to find new dispersed sites.
Haha, thanks John! It makes our day when someone notices the little things that we throw in. Almost take the details too far sometimes but wouldn't do it any other way 👍🏻 Love the recommendation! Definitely going to do an app/planning/research video soon🤘🏻
A weekly Wednesday video about Richard Gere? Man that guy's almost as elusive as Bigfoot. Speakin' of 'Squatch, cool ballcap, Matt, where'd ya get it? Cool video as always, keep 'em comin'!
HA! Yes, he's very hard to track down but we'll do our best each and every week. 🧢 Salish Sea Brewing in Edmonds, WA salishbrewing.com. Good people, great brew 🍻👌🏻
Gear video is a great idea. Owning a teardrop has been different than our campers, your past gear videos have really helped. The gear itself but how to use, hang, setup, etc helps as well. Also, why you choose that gear and how has it helped your adventures. Level of ease ...takes two, easy for solo, works well in windy condtions etc. Meal ideas would be great. Your simplistic meals are right up my alley. Cocktail recipes was good as well. Thanks for asking.
Yes to the gear videos. My wife and I are getting more into camping and are trying to figure out what things are “must bring” that will make our trips even more enjoyable.
Hi - love your videos! My husband and I watch a lot. Gear video topic suggestion: fire pits. We see you using your rollup fire pit and your large propane firepit - If you could only bring one, which would it be? Pro's and cons of the propane and the wood fire pits, please!
Gear videos would be welcomed. Love getting ideas from others ( and giving them from time to time). I have a similar set up as yours, so your ideas are alwzys applicable to my rig.
Yes more gear videos im a gear junkie 😅. I bought the rockets straps and the motion detector lights because of the previous videos.... Good stuff yall keep it up 👍
Big yes to the gear video. We seem to like the same items as we have the Slumberjack, the same fire pit, a popup canopy, and a couple of other items that you also have. We tow an Airstream Bambi with a Tundra and just added a Leer canopy. Really enjoy your videos!
I always like gear vids. Especially since I’m just getting into teardrop life. Always nice to see options . Thx Emily n Matt. U guys have a great channel always fun to watch.
I really enjoy watching your videos. Something about them is very soothing and calming. You talked us into getting a pop-up firepit like yours for Christmas, but we haven't used it yet. We also got the grill for it. We would love to see more cooking videos of you using it as an oven. That was genius, and we would have never thought of it.
Thanks. I have a Northern Teardrop that has tinted glass but looking for ideas on window coverings and how to attach. Not the most crafty person so would likely need to purchase.
The wife and I look forward to each and every one of your videos. I would love to see some gear review videos. It helps to see and hear some real world experiences as opposed to some couch commandos Amazon review. Do you guys have a patreon link? We would love to help support future adventures! Safe travels...
Always interested in seeing what gear you geek out on. After mosquitos actually _ran us off_ of a campsite last summer, the Flextail is definitely on my list to check out. I've successfully dealt with bears, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, but the mosquitos won. First time that's *ever* happened, and I have to find a way to make it the last! Also, in general terms, where were y'all? Looks like west side of the Cascades, maybe up toward Stampede?
Thermacell, Thermacell, Thermacell. We use the rechargeable model. It has saved us many times, me in particular. There can be fifteen naked people and me covered head-to-toe, and the “Little Bastards” will feast only on me. Flex tail seems interesting.
Great vid as usual E&M. Son of a crap, it just hit me today who Emily reminds me of....a lot: Lisa Whelchel (Blair) from Facts of Life. Phew, hopefully, my left eye will stop twitching now that I've shared this thought. Keep the fun coming and I don't care what you review, just do some more review vids--I can't get enough of 'em! Have fun/safe travels, kids.

More gear videos please. The more I get to watch you two, the happier my life.
Ah shucks, thanks Doug! More to come!
I like the dedicated shoe container. Going to steal that idea. Not much room in mine tear with the 2 of us and 2 mutts.
It's a perfect solution 👌🏻 can store other items in there when not being used

As long as I’m not rolling out of bed…. It’s level enough 🤣
Looking forward to the gear vids.

Awesome, I'm glad you like the ornaments and whistle.
Yes, videos on your gear would be fantastic.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yes to the gear videos!👍
I’m a sucker for gadgets and always on the lookout for new toys to make camping more convenient and comfortable.
Booyah!
I would love more gear videos. It definitely gives me ideas of things that I might need. But it is awesome to see what gear is actually used.
Noted!
Bring on the gear videos! And while your at it “Party On”
💯👌🏻👍🏻
Short gear videos would be great. Maybe even sneak in a favorite hack or two? Love watching your videos and your sincere joviality 🙂
Thanks for the idea!

Ours came as an option but we may have to put something together detailing ours
Enjoying the videos🌲😌✌️
Glad you like them! Thanks for dropping us a line 😉
Sad to say I am a gear addict, so yes.
😅🤷🏻♂️
Yes, please to gear videos or other hacks. Thanks for the content.

Haha! Damn mosquitoes always win!! No more! We were east of North bend, middle fork Snoqualmie River 👍🏻

I would definitely love to see the equipment videos! Is that a timberleaf pika or classic camper that you have?
Awesome, thank you! Pika off-road 👌🏻
Enjoyed the video! Not sure if it qualifies as gear but like your window coverings. Did you make or purchase them?
Thanks! They come as an option with Timberleaf. 💯% worth it. Maybe we can share them in detail in case someone is interested in making them...

HA!!!! Well guess that's a pretty good compliment 👍 And we'll definitely keep'em coming 👊
Where's Wiseman's Wednesdays! Coined it.
Lol love it!
Gear vids please. Links if possible.
👍🏻☺️
What is the brand name of the new;o.e you added to your Slumberjack tarp. I’m looking to buy one for the exact same reason you did! Amazon?
Noice. Amazon 👍🏻 amzn.to/3IYXENP
Great content guys and you two are hilarious, review the tried and true gear, leave out the crap gear😂😂
Thank you!! 💯!
nice
