- With a winter storm warning in the forecast for the mountains, we took our teardrop to Kanaskat-Palmer State Park for some camping. We didn’t escape the rain but were prepared with our SJK tarp and canopy.

I notice you never show if you close the galley at night. Where I camp there may be bears &/or raccoons. What adjustments do you make in the tarp over the galley when it is closed??
We do close it every night. The Slumberjack actually attaches to the roof rack so we can put the hatch down and leave it up 👍🏻
And now I'm really thirsty for a warm whiskey apple cider! Mmmmm
