I love that you guys are not "fair weather" campers and that you get out there and enjoy nature, no matter what! And you always set up the coziest camps!! Sadly, the issue with idiot campers leaving trash everywhere is neither new nor isolated... I remember a simialr incident high up in the Rockies with my parents in 1964 or so..... Stay Safe out there!
You 2 are rain magnets… Unless it’s cold, then your snow magnets! Great video, love my tiny camper. And thanks for making that area better. If everybody would do that……
Dido . What a awesome camp site . Love all the green. Trying to get ready for our trip in June. Lots to do little time with work and a car wreck . But it will come together soon .
Spring in the PNW, rain, sunshine and snow all in 24 hrs. Disappointing about the trash but thanks for doing what you can and getting the word out on it. I imagine that spot would be really nice in August in the middle of the week of course.
What an awesome trip! Thank you for picking up the trash! If I was anywhere close, I would have gone in after you and grabbed a bagful or two myself. It's disheartening and quite frankly, disgusting that there are people out there that can leave nature in such disarray. When you contrast the footage you captured of the snow coming down in camp in the morning with the surrounding area dusted with an inch or two and the prior footage of the trash heap some asshat/s left behind, I am at a loss for words, (or at least words suitable for posting). Enough said. Love your content, will be waiting for the next adventure. Thanks Wisemans!
What a beautiful part of the country you live in! Hitting the road full time at the end of the year can’t wait to get to the PNW. Really enjoy your channel. Greetings from Florida.
Gosh, sometimes I wish there was some agreement or informational brochure whenever camp gear is bought that people will leave their camp site better than they found it. I like to believe that some people just don’t know but the cynic in me thinks otherwise. Thanks for being an example and showing others to #LeaveNoTrace. 👏👏👏
Really enjoy the channel. I do in fact have a chainsaw that just works all the time. I have the Stihl 170, the cheapest one they sell, I treat it like crap, I left it out in the weather on my place for a whole year and no matter what that thing starts and runs like a champ. Safe travels Wiseman's and waydago! being positive examples on how to leave it better than you found it
Another great video, Matt, where did you get the center pole? i have the slumberjack (thanks to your link 😉) but when i went to the slumberjack site I can't find it. We leave for alaska in 11 days. I think this would be a helpful add to our High Camp teardrop.
Love to see you guys out there!! Emily… ok so what was that “ok” thing with your hand that caused Matt to react like that 😂 and on a serious note… what drone do you use?? Amazing footage!!
Seems like all the places I camp at across many states I always run into trash. I think it’s because more people are living out of their vehicles and staying at these sites longer resulting in more trash left behind. Plus some people are just pigs.
Hey y'all I seen you today driving through post falls few questions where did y'all get the RUclips sticker on the back of the trailer were parked at flying j so whatever y'all find north of post falls Idaho let me know I have a 21' trailer nothing as small as y'all
There is definitely a new generation of camping slobs out there. I have to haul out garbage left in fire rings at state parks almost all of the time. But we're dealing with people who have never been told No. It's pathetic.

So happy I found this channel! 😊
I don’t understand what people get out of throwing their trash out like that!!! Great job guys👏 we are really looking forward to the PNW this year.
We'll never know, just gotta keep spreading the message 👍🏻
Looks like a great spot (sans garbage). You guys are awesome for getting it cleaned up!
Amazing spot! Been right in front of us for years 😅

That snow is beautiful just the same! I’m presently in Anacortes and it’s still snowing in Great Falls, Montana! I brought my teardrop with me too!
Nice! Have fun up there!!
Better to have rain and snow than neighbors.
💯

You shouldn't cook over pine or any conifer...jus sayin'..unless it's down to coals.
Yeah, we had a bit of flame but don't do that too often. Glad you brought it up though, may be a good topic to cover! 👍🏻👌🏻🤘🏻
